[Resolved]  Quikr — refund of my money

I have purchased a mobile from quikr via mobikwik wallet, because some reason order get cancelled. Then quikr has sent message like"we are refunded your money to source account successfully",
I haven't receive any in my mobikwik wallet or in my bank account. Then i call quikr customer care, but no response.
Really i fell frustrated a purchase a product from quikr.

I have transaction detail on dt. 25/09/2017 for Rs. 8999.00. The amount was deducted from my account and amount which debited to quickr but no transaction was done by me. So please given me the detail of transaction on Dt. 25/09/2017 for Rs. 8999.00. I also complaint registered vide ticket no. #122685
