[Resolved] Quikr — Refund of the cancelled order ad id[protected] | |||
Made the payment on 10/06/17for an metal almirah. The order was cancelled on 13th. Refund was initiated on 16th. Amount rs5909 is not yet refunded though several emails & telecalls were made. Irresponsible response from customer care & deliberate negligence of the finance team are creating the delay. No body bothers for payment of the customer. From 16/06/17 i have been asked to wait 5 to 7 business working days since refund initiation. They are asking for my bank statement though i made the payment through paytm. Today i am told that refund initiation on 16/06/17 was not proper. It is to be done once again. After refund initiation again it will take another 5 to 7 business working days to refund my money. Quikr is creating the delay & must pay for the delay & harassment. They don't bother govt rules & regulations. Was this information helpful? | |||

Advance offer id[protected] for Rs 45 dated 10/06/17, Payment Id [protected] for Rs 5860 dated 10/06/2017. Details are already with you. After 13 days of refund initiation why do you require these details. Your drama is not yet going to over nearly. you are determined to keep our money in your A/C as much as possible. Once the amount is in your pocket you exercise all your trick how to make delay. 5 to 7 business working days are required after refund initiation to refund. After that period refund initiation was not proper. Again we have to wait further for 5 to 7 days. What you are doing it is simply a criminal offence. Intentionally customers are, made to suffer for your gain putting customer care to answer & creating delay. Pl. refund the amount without further drama.
