[Resolved] Quikr — Regarding refund of deducted money against ad id:[protected] &[protected] | |||||
Sir, I would like to inform you that i had placed the order for the above-mentioned add id on quikr. But later it was cancelled from your end without any information given to me. I called to quikr and buyer both regarding the same matter and both were agreed that “it was not cancelled from my buyer” so i demanded my money back but sometimes told me that it was cancelled by me. And other time it is being told that due to my reluctant it was cancelled and i am responsible. Sir i would like to inform you that once i paid for it and if there is no communication from me then it’s your responsibility to deliver the product in mentioned address but it didn’t happen so, i request you please refund my money. This is to inform you that i had already registered a complaint regarding the same to national consumer and my docket no. Is 175974.
