[Resolved] Quikr — regarding samsung galaxy s10+ not dispatch | |||
On (Aug 19th) i ordered a mobile samsung galaxy s10 from a dealer by seeing his post in quikr. Initially he said the total amount is 21675 i was waiting waiting but he didn't dispatch the product. Again on (August 22th) he called me and said that samsung galaxy s10 is out of stock we will provide you samsungs10+ but the amount is 30200. I said i don't want refund my money back he said the money has sent to the company so no refund, we will send you samsung galaxys10+ Then the same day i paid 8525. Still i didn't receive the product. Then on (August 26th) he said your poduct has been on hold because you should pay gst of 8456 i paid that too. But no response from their side. Was this information helpful? | |||
