[Resolved] Quikr — Related to Refund | |||
Sir, With due respect I want to say that related to my advance payment. Please give the proper attention on my payment that according to your Ad id[protected] [protected] = Rs.6011.(refund initiated) on 30/09/2016, whereas this amount is not in my account till now (Mini statement of state bank of India from 15/09/2016 to 04/10/2016 are attached herewith enclosed) related to information I have given to you again and again and also we got reply with not satisfied. If I am keeping a complaint about my payment it means, I didn’t receive said amount. It is your duty that find out about this problem. As payment slip which was provided me has given to Bank where it was said to me “If amount is sent to any consumer’s account there is no matter of late in the side of Bank.” And also he gave me advice to contact with you to solve this problem.
