[Resolved] Quikr — request to change my money back from canceled transaction promo id

I made a mobile order redmi note 5 pro paid $ 4864 in full through my debit card. If you can not contact the seller in the same id from your side, you can save the money back in my quikr cash balances... But i thought i would change that money to my bank account... I made money in the same id[protected] which was canceled by mistake... 15 days ago many times in the mail and directly contact customer care services - a change my bank account did not take any action on the part quikr

Updated by Syarajesh If you can not contact the seller of the paid mobile, you saved the money in my quikr cah balances, thinking that it would save money on my bank account and click on the refund option, how to change that money to the account.
