[Resolved] Quikr — rto services not fulfilled | |||
I had paid rs 12000 for quikr for rto re-registration services and also transferred rs 1, 02, 256 for re-registration charges which had to be transferred to rto directly. I made 2 separate transactions, one towards quikr charges and the other was towards rto re-registration Rto agents from quikr haven't shown up for 3-4 weeks and when i ask for a refund, they are threatening to deduct 10% from the re-registration fees.
