When asked from the Quikr Customer care

1st Resolution read :

Dear Customer

Thank you for writing to us.

We regret for the inconvenience but as per we cross checked with our relevant team, they mention that you have exceeded your Cash back limit. As per the Policy, Customer can avail this promo Cash Back Twice a Month which you have already availed. We apologize but we won't be able to help you regarding the same.

We would like to inform that As per the limit you would be eligible for first 2 transactions for cash back in a month and as we see that the 1st transaction was of Rs.650 and the second transaction of Rs.350 (wherein even if any transactions in the current month of above Rs.2000 you will not be eligible for the same.

I mean you cross-checked and found that i was not eligible for the cashback without any reason.
On second instance you say it was credited into your account on 3rd march, which i never received.
and third time you told i was not eligible again because i will get it on for only two transaction every month
the previous two transaction happened in different month. in which i was not eligible even to get the cashback.
the last transaction happened in feb which was first time i was eligible for a cashback which i did not get.


are you trying to fool customers on the name of paytm cashback?

give me any escaltion point of contact.
resolve my issue. i never recived any cashback for any of my transaction and it is being told that i am not eligible.
