[Resolved] Quikr — Selling mobile phone to quikr - no updates/payment | |||||
Hello, I had handed over my phone to collecting agent of quikr from parcelled.In on 10th may 2016. My transaction details are as follows - Ref no - 10597 Pickup slip no - bn76143567 Ad id[protected] Name - yashovardhan Location - mumbai Phone - samsung galaxy a8 Today is 18th may. And even though my phone has been delivered as per the tracking detail on the website i have still not received the invoice or confirmation mail or sms from quikr. For some reason the tracking shows that the phone is being sent to some mr neelesh in bangalore. I have sold my phone directly to quikr and for the quikr guaranteed price of approx 23, 500. The only proof that i have that i have handed over my phone is this slip and the tracking status online. The call centre team has no clue about this and are just saying that i will receive my payment within 5 business days. They never sent me a link to give me bank account details and the call center team asked me to send it myself to [protected]@quikr.com, even after sending there is no reply or confirmation from quikr. Now since monday (16th may) your call centre team is saying that the department which recieves the phone has not updated the status of the phone online so they cant see it. Now they are not sure when that will be updated. They are so dumb they dont even respond properly. One guy said if you want to get angry and post a complaint he cant stop me in a very arrogant way. There is no transparency in their processes and the customer has no idea what is happening. I have found that there are hundreds of similar complaints on consumer complaints forum as well as your facebook, twitter page. If i would have seen that before i never would have trusted this brand because of this totally unprofessional approach towards customers. I had just got a phone call from quikr that quikr is buying the phone at quikr guaranteed price and there is nothing on mail mentioning that. The call centre team says in mumbai they are not giving invoice which they normally give because of some technical glitch. If you dont have people and systems which can cope up with your services and schemes then why do you offer such services?? Expecting some quick response and solution. Please help. Jun 19, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Finally after a lot of followup I received my payment from Quikr after a month. Better late than never. Quikr customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

Hy am Mukesh Sachdeva ad no[protected]. I have pay full of payment 7may, 12901 Rs but mobile not received .so plz cancel my order and cash back .
