I had placed the order for the washing machine july 14, 2018 with an expected delivery date of july 15th. The delivery was delayed by over a week and it took repeated calls to your customer service to get the machine delivered. Additionally, the machine received wasn’t the one that i had ordered. The delay was caused due to lack of machine. Guarented team had mentioned that this was mentioned to quikr. However, no quikr representative had the basic minimum courtesy to inform the customer about this. We only got to know after multiple calls made to quikr. The ad was for an ifb elite 5kg washing machine, but what i received was ifb executive plus. The machine received was faulty and has been giving issues since the delivery. It took repeated calls to your customer service to get a technician to come check the machine. The technician who had come to check the machine was quite rude and was always hours late from when the timing he quoted. He even came outside of normal sane working hours. Even after the technician visiting multiple times and me calling the technician and his seniors and yelling at them to finish the services on time, it took nearly 2 weeks to get the machine in proper running condition without any issues. But the machine has been giving issues again, a few days after the last visit by the technician. This time when i tried calling the quikr customer support to report the problem, i was asked to contact one assist. On checking with the one assist i was required to give them a voucher id for the washing machine, but the same has not been provided by quikr. The customer service mentioned that it would take another couple of days to look into the voucher id issue and only then will i be able to raise a complaint for the washing machine. Even right now this moment i don't have any update whatsoever either about the voucher or the service. I placed a call regarding the voucher on 1st september, 2018 and was promised that i would get a call back within 2-3 days. This however has not happened till date[protected]. So overall this entire experience with your sales and after sales services has been stressful and tiresome. This kind of service isn’t what i expected when i made a purchase from a company like quikr. I have also raised a complaint about this in the consumer forum and i wish to see this through. We have not been able to use the machine for more than 60% of the time it has been with us although this is a quikr certified product. I wanted to give one last chance (Even after giving so many chances) when i called on quikr and spoke to mamta and then further with her superior/manager (Dhanush if i recall correctly). Today i again had to take the effort and call back and i spoke to shekhar and he again gave me the same standard response, please give me one working day & i'll ensure this is sorted out, i don't have my backend team with me. I am not someone who is sitting without any work or just jobless. Please understand the famous saying "customer is king" and this is how you treat your customers and this is the service you are providing. Applause! Adding onto all of this, the most recent call i had with mr shekhar on 13th september, he asked me to wait for one day and till date nothing has happened. I simply fail to understand why it is so difficult for quikr to provide service & support. I again had to place a call to the support team and i was greeted by mr sunil and i heard the same response again, "please wait for another day and it will be sorted out." after asking for shekhar specifically, i again hear the same thing from him saying please wait till monday. This was the exact same thing i was told on 1st september and till now that monday has never come. I am extremely tired of waiting and waiting. Please take back the washing machine as we are no more interested in the services offered by your company or anything related to quikr. You can understand my plight further if you see all the recorded calls placed to & from my mobile number since the time i have received this washing machine.
