I am a college boy from Assam (Dist: Dhemaji). I searched for a online part time job and I found the website quikr.com where so many jobs are available for our area. I have selected a job like company online helper. I clicked the button APPLY. But after step 1 I came back and forget it. After 15 minutes I have recieved a call from an unknown Indian number. The guy adressed me and started to talk about the jobs and processes to apply for a job. He said that I have to pay fees for registration in 5 minutes. I became agree! I not ready to send his 450, so I had late. And the guy sent me messages like he browbeat me: "Quikr.Com: Koi mazak chal raha hai jo aap company ke sath time pass kar rahe ho aapko iska bhugtan karna par sakta hai.
Quikr.Com: Regarding (RBI) batana chahunga aapka over all profile aur document blacklist kar diya jayega five year ke liye aap kisi bhi sector me job ke liye aply nahi kar sakte ho aur regarding (RBI) ke side se 70000 ka chalan receive ho jayega".
After read this message I became scared. At last I had payed 450 through PAYTM. After 30 mins an another person call me and he ask me more 450 rupees to complete my registration; if I do not, my registration will be cancelled. During this confusion, the first guy call me and said that it's time to your interview. If I can't be qualified, 450 I has already paid will be refund and when I shall be qualified I should pay more 450. One guy is asking for second time payment and one guy ready to take my interview!! I want to understand them but I can't!!
Finally I have decided to fail the test and I think I will get my money back. I attempt the online test closing my eyes in hope that I will be failed. I have failed, and I ask the first guy for to give me my 450 rupees back. Then he said that I have to pay more 450 because the full fee is 900, then he will refund the money. Then I called the 2nd guy and said that I don't want to complete my registration and I cant pay more. Then he said if you don't I will cancel you registration. If you want 450 rupees back, you have to pay 18% GST. Now I have understood that these all are fraud...!
Now I don't want to pay more. I am from a poor family. I know it's my wrong because I had believed an unknown person without any proof. But I really want an online part time job. But no need. I thought my country is pure, there is humanity. But I was wrong.
I had sent 3 documents them: photocopy of adhaar card, marksheet of 10th and passport photo. I am scared that they can take action for me through these documents. Please help me. 🙏 Was this information helpful? |
