[Resolved] Quikr — unnecessary cancellation/payment blocked | |||
For ad id:[protected] of quikr, i have paid 4309 inr 27sept 2017, for a bed. This price was agreed by seller so only the payment gateway opened for me. But now seller claims he is not willing to give the item at the agreed price and he has cancelled the deal. Now my money is stuck with quikr, because they say the paid amount will be refunded to quikr wallet only, not the original bank account from where the transfer was initited. If i need the amount in my bank account, i have to contact them again after 7 days and again request to route it to bank account. Last i spoke to quikr support, they told me, he can cancel the deal on my behalf but will charge money again. This telephonic conversation is also recorded. This is really frustrating to me as i am losing my time and effort as well as my money is being blocked for atleast two weeks. This exact same incident has happened two times earlier where seller (Different sellers) accepted the agreed price and cancelled later, resulting my money getting stuck in the process.in these cases as well, i did not get any valueable help from quikr and had to wait for more than a week each time to get my money. I request your assistance to get me the agreed item from quikr or my money in my original bank account. Was this information helpful? | |||
