[Resolved]  Quikr — unresponsiveness of quikr rto service

I had enlisted the services of your quikr rto services to obtain noc for my motorcycle registered in mumbai and get it re-registered in bangalore. I paid rs 22000 to get the road tax paid in karnataka, for which i received a receipt from quikr rto. For obtaining the noc and re-registration i paid rs 8500 on 13/09/2017. The following are my issues:

1) they have given me different deadlines for getting the noc. After i follow up after one deadline is missed, they apologize and give me another deadline. This has been going on for last two months.

2) they have taken my original rc for the noc purpose but not provided me any receipt.

3) they have provided two escalation numbers, but they don't answer calls or messages on this number. I have sent escalation mails to them, but they reply only once in a while.

I have a buyer for this bike and i am getting a good price for it. Because of quikr rto delay, he said he will not be ready to buy the bike any more. Also, i can't sell the bike in mumbai also because they have taken my original rc card.

I have asked them to return my payment and rc book since they are not doing my work, but they are not responding to that also.

Kindly help me resolve this issue.

Hi Quikr team,

It seems that no action has been taken from your end. It has been one month since I filed this complaint. Your RTO services team remains as unresponsive as ever. They don't pick my calls, reply to my texts or e-mails. My original documents are stuck at your end, as a result of which the sale of my bike is pending since 4 months. I have had to pass on many lucrative sale offers due to the this inexplicable and unjustifiable delay from your end. I have planned to raise a request for a duplicate RC card as it seems that your agents have lost it. As a result, I will have to file an FIR with the police and I will state in that Quikr RTO services is responsible for that loss. I will also be naming each and every person I have corresponded with in that department in that FIR as being responsible for this loss. I will also consult my lawyer if some case needs to filed in this regard against you. If so, you will receive a communication from him.
