[Resolved] Quikr — washing machine | |||||
I purchased a washing machine through quikr. Seller didn't provide the inlet/outlet pipes hence couldn't check the working condition before delivery executive was leaving. When i switched on i could fine that there was huge leakage from back of washing machine. I complained to quikr but they said they don't have any responsibility and they are just intermediary. They asked me to settle the issue by contacting seller. I called the seller he didn't responded then i messaged in whatsapp, he asked me the issue and then blocked my number. I reached out to quikr for the seller address but they are not providing me. I approached consumer court but it requires the seller address for filing a complaint. Quikr told that they will remove the seller if reported any fraudulent activities but i was shocked to see that he is still selling more washing machines in quikr.
