My wife had ordered some products during big billion days that includes some furniture like bed, almirah & tv cabinate. Before delivery of the product it was requested to provide service for installation and demo at different address in same city. Your team member had advised to request for change of address after delivery of the product. As advised your team was requested for change of address and date of installation & demo. It was also repeatedly requested to intimate the date at least two days before the date of installation as i have to travel about 450 km to be available at the requested address. Your team had intimated on 9th oct.2019 that the service will be available on 12th oct 2019. I have traveled about 450 km (One side distance by bus, the only means of transport in this route) exclusively for this purpose after applying for two days earned leave and wait for whole day on 12.10.2019 for the service. Your team had contacted several times on 12.10.2019 but the service has not been provided. Your team was not at all interested in resolving my issues. They were only interested in requesting for filling up of feed back form.
In spite of repeated request, your team has not taken the matter seriously. They were highly irresponsible towards commitments. As a result i have suffered a huge monetary loss besides loss of two days earned leave, loss of valuable time, mental disturbance and harassment. A five letter word "sorry" cannot compensate these losses. I am not at all satisfied with your service and will share my experience with my friends, near and dear and advise them not to rely on the commitments made by team flipcart. I have never seen such a worst service and irresponsible team.
