This website is again a mislead to make you believe that they are here toi help you. This Website is running parallelto the government portal and is a fake one, where they may coax you to divulge further information in ploy of helping you with a refund.

Most of these scoundrels appear to be from Bihar from their dialect and assume themselves to be internet savvy but limited in their education with theiving as their profession.

Scum of this earth and a disgrac3e to their mothers womb and to their country.

There was an item ordered as mentioned from them vide "Youtube Ads" leading you to their legible page with product information and "attractive discount structure" with COD facility. All processes seemingly are genuine and in standard practices vide "shiprocket and amazon". Once delivery arrives and you make the payment, you are in for a rude shock as u realize you have been conned. Item in the package is different and of a low value different from advertised. On further diligence on the net one realises that the "product received" is available at a fraction of the cost on well known platforms. All your attempts to contact this company is futile. So Beware as this a scam in operation here. Hope the related authorities look into the matter with diligence and take down the company website and book the company owner for swindling unsuspecting buyers online to safeguard future victims.

I have ordered a smach watch under their advertisement, i have ordered for s metal strap smart watch but received a plastic strap which i was not satisfied and lodged a complaint. In their whats up no even they acknowledged the complant but not yet soled neitehr any answer came. i even droped a mail to thie customare care but no response yet. Even ii feel also the company is a fake one.

I had online booked one Smart Watch from VISTA TECHNOLOGIES and made payment of Rs.1999 through my Credit Card to be despatched to Bangalore.
On 10th January 2023 received one small packet through SHIPROCKET courier Bangalore containing one very small toy look like smart watch but it is a dummy product. The total cost of this toy should not be more than 50 rupees.
This is a case of total CHEATING and we do not know at which stage it was manipulated.
We request you kindly investigate in the matter and update me.

There was an advertisement from Vista Technologies selling smart watch with the name BlazeFit Smartwatch having Heart rate & Sleep Monitoring specs. When I went through their website "www.blazefit.org", I fell in their trap as the product described, its specifications and the pics of this Smart Watch was quite appealing. Moreover they offered a very nominal price for it ie. Rs 2499 against its MRP which was Rs. 9999. Also they threw a bait that it will cost Rs500 less for Prepaid customers. As such, I fell in their trap & made the payment online of Rs. 1999 on 27.12.2022. As soon Imade the payment I got a Transaction Success receipt with Order ID[protected], Reference ID [protected] which I will share in the upload photos and also other important uploads relating to this. There was no registration from their site which when registered by a customer comes an option "Your Order". Also there was one whatsapp customer support No. [protected] which is fake. At last on 3rd Jan.2023, I received their product and when I opened the parcel Iwas stunned to see a Dummy Black watch inside it which itself looked very crude. I was already suspecting beforehand that I was duped as similar complaints I searched on google about this company where many customers have similar story to tell. The BAR CODE of the invoice is also fake. I cannot contact them in any way as all everything is fake. Iam sending some relevant uploaded related photos which I have clicked from my camera as it will help you to tighten the noose on them and penalize them heftily. Also my hard earned money be refunded from them as early as possible.

Ordered fitsense watch order id 7917 on 30/11/22, amazon tracking id[protected] with email received from [protected]@fitsense.Org... Tracking shows product delivered on 06/12/22...But not received by me

I noticed an advertisement on msn.com about these watches sold at low cost, upon clicking the link it took me to the site fitsense.org where i placed the order and all I got back is 5 children while mask

We had purchased 3 units of smart FITSENCE watch which are not working and seems to be duplicate and raised the complaint still no one is contacted or refunded the fund.

I have ordered for smart health care watch but received a small normal watch and there is no charger inside the box so I can start and check the same.

In the name of Vista Technologies 399, PFT, Allahabad-212208, UP, we are all being cheated.
I paid Rs 1, 999 for FitSense smartwatch and received bangles through Shiprocket courier. Also mention Amazon shipping.

Now I realise lot of discrepancy in info, company name, courier partner etc.

They are well organized fraud with all eCommerce understanding & how it works. So people get cheated easily.

Please stop these cheaters.

On 14.10.2022 I booked fitsense smartwatch through VISTA TECHNOLOGIES, ALLAHABAD, paying though credit card amounting Rs.1999/-. the order id :7411, on 17.10.2022 I received 4 pcs plastic bangles, immediately wrote mail to [protected]@fitsense.org & immediately share the images of product in whats app number +91 [protected], which was shared for tracking my order status.

There were no response from the company & simply they are cheating people.

On 7th of this month I ordered online Fitsense SW. but today I got delivered the bangles.

I want my money back as soon as Possible.

I had ordered fitsense smartwatch on 22-9-22 through the advertisement seen on the website and paid through my ICICI credit card Rs.1999/- . On 28-9-22 Amazon delivered one package. To assure the product is correct it was opened in front of Amazon delivery person and as doubted it contained bangles instead of smart watch.
I didn't not accept the package and was returned. The returned package has already reached their Carrier Facitiy Unnao, UP.

Pls arrange for refund of Rs1999/- ASAP.

I had ordered fitsense smartwatch through the add coming on the website on 22-9-22 and paid through my ICICI credit card Rs.1999/- it was settled. I didn't receive any confirmation on email but received message so i checked the website and came to know that the website is fake company is fraud. yester day i received message through Pickrr that it has delivered. i opened the box but it contained a bangles. please check the attached snap of . I need refund on it. no response from company over mail.

I was checking for a smart watch online and I saw this website called fitsense.org who were advertising their smart watch. I read through the content and bought it.
I placed the order on 22 September, 2022 and I received a mail saying order confirmed and when I received the parcel, I opened it to see that they sent some bangles instead of a smart watch. Absolutely in shock and disgust.

I have bought smart watch prepaid and not get any refund

I noticed an add on msn.com about this watches sold in cheap, upon entering the link it took me to site fitsense.org where i placed the order with prepaid option sold by Vista Technologies 399, PFT, Allahabad-212208, UP on August 22, 2022. I got an sms that your order would be send via pickrr delivery. I received the parcel on august 29, 2022 . Upon opening i found that some ayurvedic seeds in the small glass bottle, i was cheated, i immediately called the whatsup number but got a chat response from them that they are sorry for same they will send the watch tomorrow post which no response on the message on whatsup. I immediately called Airtel bank and understood that the account money was transferred is an refund account in HDFC bank. Would request please help in closing such crimes and put the criminals behind the bars,

Sir, it is requested that on[protected] while i was submitting online form i see a add where in it was shown that a Fitsense smart Watch is sold on concession rate i.e. Rs.1999/= only and if the payment is made through online mode the order will be deliver within two-three days, unfortunately i make order for the same and made online payment through my Bank Debit card, but the order received I on[protected]instead of Two Days) and when I opened my Order there I shocked to see a small glass made bottle wherein some pieces of Long( Vegetable Masala) in place of my ordered Fitsense Smart Watch, I accordingly contacted on the given Phone number, but it was Switched Off and not in Use, then i try through WhatsApp but no reply till date, however I after some days I contact telephonically with the Agency, and they replied that I have to Install some App. through Play Store and the Amount will be transferred in my Account, but all in vain, Kindly do the action against these fraud Companies and also refund my payment i had made, that will be your most kindness.
