This is about significant delay in getting Internet connection and ignorance, carelessness and denial of service towards customer.

I have paid advance rental for 3 months to your sales person named Karthik (contact number - [protected]) for Sakthi Nagar area near Porur, Chennai. I provided all my documents along with a cheque as per below details -

Till today (May 2nd 2016), I have neither received connection nor any response from your sales person or corporate team. I have reached out to sales person Karthik multiple times. He is not responding on his mobile numbers and providing vague excuses.

Your customer service center is even pathetic. They do not pick like when I select option 2 for complaints whereas when I select 1 for new connection, they immediately reply. (Do you think customers are fool?)They have disconnect lines multiple times and have not listened to me properly. They assured call back within 24 hours which also has not happened.

Raaj Internet (I) Private Limited has taken my 2412/- and have not provided services so far as committed by your sales persons. Rajjnett has committed civil crime by quoting wrong timelines, false promise to customer, taking away the money from customer leading to inconvenience, hassles, mental worries and trauma. What I want now -
1) Refund the amount I have paid
2) Refund the interest on the amount I have paid (removing initial 5 days as you committed and agreed)
3) Give back my documents (ID proof, Address proof and passport size photo)
4) Apology letter from Raaj Internet (I) Private Limited

If you fail to do above actions, I will be forced to take legal actions. I need this resolved within 48 hours from this email.

I have recharged my raajneet account on[protected], hardly used only two days after connection got cut till now[protected] there is no connection. When called their customer care number they saying technical team working on this issue.But till now it's not rectified. I called More than 5 times each time they saying same thing. My money and time got wasted.

I paid 3 month advance (3088 pack + 500 for installation) paid for new broadband connect to raajnett at sholiganallur to selvaprabu ([protected]) and he said within two day, we will provide you connection. But still we haven't receive any response from the customer care or selvaprabu. It's been 7 day, but i haven't receive any call from them.

The customer care peoples are cutting the call if i asked about the status.

This is fraud network company. Don't go for it.

I have applied for connection on 23 Nov 2015, they promised me with in 7 days, i waited for 10 days and i cancelled the connection, till now(28/04/16 almost 5 months) i didn't get my money back, more than 100 times i have called, worst customer care, they don't know whats happening, all the time i need to explain, Worst experience ever i have faced. They are easily cheating people by showing less cost high speed internet connecting and looting our money.

I requested for a new connection at Medavakkam close a month ago and paid a month's rental and installation charges in advance. I was promised by their executive - Sridhar - that the installation would be completed in a week.

It has been a month now and I'm calling the customer care every day for an update. Every time they manage to come up with a different reason for the delay and promise that it will done in a day or two. I'm really fed up with them now.

Any help that you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

I had applied for it on 11th april and they followed up the whole week and once they got the payment on 15th april after that they vanished.

Customer care which work only for sale and no other service - money minded fake company. No one will reply from the compliance department. Payment will be collected on time and once its done they will disappear, you will not be able to connect them throw any means. And the sales department omg most unmannered people who are taught and well trained how to immediately disconnect once you let them know the reason for calling (Applaud).

And read through al the review which says the same reviews (Only negative). Please dont go for it... Its a biiiiig nooooooooooo!!!

Hi i belong to kolathur, i have contacted for an internet connection from raajnett. I paid 2400 which is 3 month payment in advance on 15th march. While taking the money the executive told me that the connection will be given with in 7 working days. But after being repeated follow up with the person responsible in that area i have been told that they are waiting for a part to come from mumbai and not sure when it will come.

My question is when they know they couldn't provide the connection the moment then what is the reason for collecting the money. How to highlight this to trai and who could control this falls commitments

i have enquired about new connection, immedietely their executive came and collected monet for Rs.1529. it almost 40 days back.

till now i didn't get any connection or sales guys picking the phones. To my surprise even Raajnett Customer care not picking my calls. their number is[protected]


please log a complaint as a fraud company and help me to get my money back.

I have paid my amount rs 1300 for my plan on 15-april-2016, finished verification and all formalities on 18-april-2016. No one contact till date for connection. I really made mistake to chosen this net work. Try to give my amount. Connection is not require for me. Thank you for you support for collecting amount. My mobile number is [protected]

I paid rs. 1529/- on 31st march 2016 for getting new raajnet connection at medavakkam, chennai and i was informed that connection will be provided in 2-3 days as their cable is passing through my house. But, so far no updates from them and i tried to call their customer care multiple times. Initially, they said like connection will be provided in 1-2 days. Now, they started disconnecting the calls made to customer care.

I am wondering how these service providers are still existing and surviving. People like me are fools even after seeing worst reviews applied for connection and paid money.

I am trying to cancel my applicaiton and get my money back. In worst case, i am planning to go to consumer court as well.

Please suggest me on this.

I have applied for a new connection in 31st mar 2016 and made payment of 1529 rupees. They have promised that they will give a connection within 7 days. But no communication til now (22na apr 2016). Despite of multiple times talked with customer care about connection and they have told "today or tomorrow" our representative will come to provide the net connection. But, nobody came to give the net connection. Now, the customer care person disconnecting my calls when i try to talk them. It is too much head ache for me. If they returned the amount then i go for other operator.

Please take action to return my money and get additional penalty charge for advertised the wrong information (Connection will be provided 4 to 7 working days)

I have applied the internet connection in raajnett. I called them for connection they immediately came and collected money for new connection. They gave the assurance we will give you connection with in 20 days but now it also most 40 days over but still they didnot gave the connection. I called the customer care and raajnett office in chennai but no response all the people working in raajnett are fools they donot have little bit sense. They willnot give respect for customers they will not inimate anything also they willnot attend the call.. The worst customercare. I asked refund but they didnot gave that also.. They cannot able to give inernet connection also they are not ready to give my money back. Raajnett is a no.1 fraud company they always saying reasons all are lie.. Pls donot believe this they will not give money and connection..Instead of doing this raajnett owner go and beg in front of temple why are you cheating and stealing money. The employess in this office even donot have the 5th standard level of knowledge... Return my money raajnett culprits.

I am mentally suffering lot due to raajnett and its officiers... I request thr complaint board pls help me to get my money back.

I am from thoraipakkam. I have requested for RaajNett internet connection on 25th Dec 2015, and paid the executive in cash (INR 1758) but even after three weeks i did not get even a single call from them for installing the connection. So i raised a refund request. From then I have been calling them and enquiring them for 4 months about the refund. But still I haven't got it. Infuriated by this i directly went to their office and enquired and they said my refund request hasn't been raised yet and I have to give a written complaint. I even recorded the conversation and they are not happy with it. Infuriated by this they said they will see how i will get my refund. I immediately called Police Control Room. And a police officer came to the place and got a written complaint from me. The police filed a CSR under forgery. I am waiting now for police to take action. NEVER RECOMMEND OR BUY SERVICE FROM RAAJNETT. THEY HAVE MADE MY ME MISERABLE.

I am facing problem to active my account after recharge also. Past three days I m following customer care to solve this issue. But no response from your side.

I recharged three days before and still the status in Inactive condition. There is no response and lose my money and time for past three days.

Suggest me that I want to continue your service or not?????

I got a raajnett broad band connection for my home. They promised me that the plan speed would be 20mbps but now my actual speed is not even 100kbps. I never ever seen these speed in my life. I have registered the compliant regarding this several times but still my issue is not cleared. Whenever i am trying to reach them i have to wait for a long time to reach them and even after reach them they are disconnecting my call before i start to talk about my compliant. If you people cant able to rectify my issue please return my money back i have paid 6 months payment in a single payment at the time of registration. My user id is: tpk2346

Paid the full amount for installation and first month charges (Rs. 1076). Connection not yet provided for more than month. As of now, my judgement is, its a fraud company as the sales as well as service personnel do not respond to calls after seeing our mobile number in their phones. Customer care does not register any complaint as they would do so only after a connection is provided. They say that approval is pending from local body. However they could have checked the connection feasibility easily before taking the payment. So they know that they can't provide a connection, yet they register a new connection and get the payment. Please beware of these fraud company.

I took a new connection for Rajnett on 22nd March 2016 in Padur, omr road, Chennai. I was told by the person who came to collect money that connection will be available within 5 days. Address verification is done on 23/03/16. But till now no one has came to my location or called me regarding this. When I call the person who came to collect money, he is not at all lifting my call. When I call customer care they are keep on telling the same statement "we will inform to installation team and they will call u". Some times they are not even answering the calls. I somehow got Rajnett Md phone no and called him. He responded positively in first call and later he too stopped picking my calls. When I called from other no he said not to call again and cut the phone. I was completely irritated with these people behaviour and don't know what to do.

I have taken Internet plan of 20 Mbps last month.Once installation got finished.we have oberserved that we are getting only 1 Mbps.Until we call to customer care service of Rajnet they didnt inform us about the plan.They are taking money and not picking the call and support is most pathetic.out of 30 days we got the Internet 5 days in that 5 days also Internet is limited.If they pick up the call they are telling so many stupid stories but they are collectiong money exat date without fail.while collecting money we told the problems.They said they are not techical guys so other team will help you.They had given me some contact numbers

PLease take immidiate action on this service and seal this .

The salesperson came to collect cash within an hour..After three days he didn't even pick my call..Customer care saying same sentence and asking same questions every time when i call.They are cheating their customers.Stealing money from omr people in descent way.They talked like anything and promised more thing to grab money from people..After few days also they were doing the same in my street.But they are not caring abt giving the connection.I don't know how people let them run their company this month.The sales person will say it is raj tv company, at starting it was going worse but every thing got good now, we are competitors to act broadband he said...

The salesperson never say no to any of your question until he grab money from.They've been taught to lie like anything.

Plz shutdown this company.

I have paid rs.855 on 19th of march 2016 for 512kbps plan for 3 months. They said installation will be completed within 7 days but when i try to speak with customer care at[protected], they are not picking my call and when i try to speak with the person who got money from me, he is not picking my call. Please don't go for raajnett. Completely fraud, utter waste and worst customer service.
