My net connection ID is MKM 1023 with Raajnet borad band. I face frequent network problems. From last month I have been lodging nearly 20 complaints with customer care. Whenever I lodge the complaint, the service personnel will attend and there is no permanent remedy. Today I lodged the complaint at around 10 am and till now (9.20 pm) it's not resolved.

    I have paid for a new broadband connection on 25th and was informed that I will get it by 27th or 28th. Till today they have not installed the broadband and they are not taking my complaints as well.They have given weirdest of excuses and I am tired of listeing to their excuses. Either they need to refund the complete amount or they need to install the net. I am ready to go to government redressal forum if required. Their service is simply not acceptable

      My bill number is S22331 - paid RS.5169 for a six month plan on 20April'17. Today is 4th May. No action has been taken to even verify. When we call, the complain goes from one person to another. Nobody is efficient to do the job. So sorry to say about Raajnett. Can you take action immediately or please return our money back. We really need some help here. Thank you.

      Hi mam.. These people are money suckers. They are a bunch of lousy, useless team members who care a damn about the customers once they got the money from us. After 2 months of continous follow ups and fighting i got my money back yesterday. Dont leave them.. go to their head office in santhome road. Mr.Saravanan is the manager.

        सर राजनेट नहीं चल रहा है हम ने 4-5 बार शिकायत भी कर दिया है लेकिन अभी तक भी नहीं चला जब इस मे कोई साइट डालते है हो कम से कम 20-25 मिनट मे खोलती है इतनी धीरे खुलती है की कोई काम भी नहीं होता हमारे पास इस के अलावा कोई सुविधा नही है क्यो की या पर मोबाइल नेटवर्क नही है जो काम होता है वो राज नेट से ही होता है इस लिये एक बार मे इसे सही कर दो ताकि हम कुछ काम कर सके ग्राम सिरोही तह आमेर जिला जयपुर पिन 303104 मो [protected]

          I paid on 10.03.2017 but i haven't got service still 27.04.2017. I have been asking for refund, they are not processing it also. Even continuous daily follow-ups and visiting their office is of no use. Complaint ticket.no: TKT[protected] raised on 14.03.2017 for the same.

          Raised the issue to Dot_india twitter page as well as concern ministry to take action on raajnett internet service provider as many have been victimized to this digital fraudulent.

          These people are money suckers. They are a bunch of lousy, useless team members who care a damn about the customers once they got the money from us.             Rajnett doesn't have infrastructure to place it's network switch.. They will ask your home location to use for the purpose and that too without any monthly discount. Within any given month there will be at least 10 tickets for 'no connection' guaranteed. And lastly when we try to discontinue the service they said there will be no refund for the last recharged amount which we hav not used for a single day due to 'no connection' issue. I'm an existing customer for few months and my userid is tpk2914.

              I had applied for new connection and sales guy collected amount from me. Later Raajnett told that there is no feasibility and I was asked to cancel the connection. I didnt recieve that amount yet. It has been 1 Year. My Registered Mobile Number : [protected]. People In Sithalapakkam and Madambakkam dont go for Raajnett. It is completely fraud. Whoever wants to take connection you can reach me. I will show the proofs. They simply collect the amount and escapes. If Raajnett doesnt refund my amount back, I will proceed legally.

              I subscribed for connection on jan 13, 2017. they did not give connection. i waited till next month till february 13, 2017. they did not give connection.i initiated for refund in feb 3rd week . I did not get my money back till now. It is the worst customer care.

                We were using Raajnett Broadband from last 10 months with User ID - MVM2939. In the month of February we did not get internet connection for 15 days. When we contacted customer care they said that there is server down issue and we will provide you extension for those days. From past one month we are continuously calling them. Everyday they are telling that the you will get the extension by tomorrow. Even today we contacted them in the morning, they said that it will done before today evening. As it was not done we contacted them again, they said that now there is no people available to provide you the extension, so you will get it by tomorrow. This is the thing happening every day with them for past one month.

                The server down dates are 7, 8, 9, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 of February and 2, 3, 8, 9 of March
                My customer ID is MVM1750 I have paid my renewal fee of 754 on 15.4 .17 for the plan Rs.804 with box 10Mbps. Kindly activate my service

                  After lot of calls from sales guy and also frequent visit to home, the sale guys told me that i will get extra one month free service and also 20% deduction monthly bills after 4 months if i take 40 mbps - 80 gb plan and he assured they will update this information in backed as well. I finally convinced and paid 3800 rs to raaj net and the receipt number is 24271 and i took 40 mbps - 80 gb plan. But then i got call from address verification team this morning, from[protected] and during that time i asked that guy about the offer and he said there is no such offer on end and i'm surprised and conference the sales guys then the sales told speak in rude on why told about this offer to address verification team and i'm again surprised and he cut the call and all this is know to the address verification team guys and i asked what to do with and he said he will call you back and again he called me back saying the this offer is not feasible and we will put penalty on sales guys and then i said sir this is not fair bcz and i don't see that as good while taking new connection. The reason i took connection is only due to the commitment that is made to me for 4 months and 20% reduction and now it is not possible i don't need the connection and i need the money back. Please let me know how quickly i can get the money back and also what mode you pay back the money. I need response asap.

                    My name is sudhakar, i am the victim of your net.

                    Cancel the connection. And refund my balance (Resistered number [protected])

                    Kindly cancel my internet connection. Because i have paid 3 months amount at a time as package. But i am using only 40 days. That to not expected sped which is given in package. I call to ur customer support nearly 100 times from taking ur connection. But so many times no use. I got fed up with ur support.

                    Note:- i received from raaj nett sms like ur issue resolved and happy browsing. But past four months no cable out side. All cables are damaged because of cyclone. Stil now no one is coming from ur office to fix this issue. I have raised a complaint so many times but no use.

                    Dont cheat customers like this.

                      I took a connection and it taken more than 45 days for installation on the same month I got ADSL down 2 times first time they take 3days to fixit and the second time more than 3 days on before renewel date.I got frequent calls for renewal I told them my connection not even working then why should I have to pay. they simply said that we are from renewal team this is service issue u have to ask service team for that .however after long struggle I got my connection back with 5 days free extension. and also I renewed my plan .again for the past 4days my ADSL is down I made a complaint on customer care and I visited their office in Perambur for more than 5 times still the problem not resolved .my I'd: ktr1230

                        Hello, I have broadband connection with Raajnett and I made a recharge for Rs942 on 16/03/17 to renew my unlimited 2mbps plan. However, since then I did not get any network and even after multiple complaints, they are not able to fix the issue. They don't even response to our phone calls properly and few reps just hung up the call in the middle of conversation. I want you to look into this issue and take legal action against this fraud company who don't provide coverage to the customers even after getting the payment.

                          I took connection on 16th feb... But as soon i received... Host error was found and i had issues with my connection for 7 days... I repeatedly calling customer care since last one week... No customer service representative was ready to take up any complaints.. It's really embarrassing and now no connection at all... What is my fault... Tell me... Very worst services... Pathetic... Useless

                            I got an internet connection four months back.After wartha cyclone hit chennai internet connection is nt Woking.First they told it will be set right within a week but Sir nothing has been done.I making complaint once two days to restore connection. The official attemg the complaint promises it will restored soon which has no been dome till this date.

                              I subscribed for internet connection on 12 jan 2017 in raaj net in shollinganallur (6 months internet connection. Paid rs4823 for the same on 12 jan 2017). They did not give connection even after one month. So i called customer care and initiated for refund on feb 12 2017. 4 times i called in consecutive weeks and asked about the status. They told their supervisor will call me. But i did not get any call. I wrote email twice from my email id : dhivyaable. [protected]@gmail.com for refund. I did not get any response. I did not expect such a delayed process in refund process also. I am totally disappointed

                                My net line disconnect on11.03.17 at 5 pm in this regarding rise the complaint on 13.03.17 morning, but not resolve my problem in hole day, again to day also rise the complaint up to 13.03.17 re solve the problem around 4.30 pm . In your service area, service peoples 4 or 5 persons personal discussion with him, but not interested to resolve the problems. This is not for me to your advice several costumers suffer and inform waiting your peoples visit. this is very shame to your reputed net service.

                                Each an every month you will disconnect minimum 5 to 7 days, you disconnect service, we are losing cost and time. in this period you are extend our bills.Why we are continue your network????
                                So finally i will move another one network from 23rd onward.So you will update your records this is for my final dissociation. you are not improve your service, you are loosing lot of costumers.

                                  Raajnet is a internet service provider in chennai. Iam resident of Mugalivakkam. My account no with them is MVM2595. Their service is so pathetic, I didn't get internet service after the Vardha cyclone. I was calling them weekly thrice for restoring the connection and sometimes visiting their Manapakkam office but in vain they say it will be fixed by tomorrow or in 2 days. Iam hearing this till now. Even after writing mail no action was taken, I threatened them that I will take up with TRAI still no response. I forwarded the mail to TRAI with copy to Raajnet still not responded. Got upset the way respond then I asked them to refund either that's not happening. I don't know how to make them understand the pain of customer. Need to take up with consumer form, someone has idea please let me know.

                                    Its hell dealing with this freaking customer service people. They dont give a damn about any. Technicians are like so busy, you can even wait few months to meet Modi ji. But never can get in touch with executives or their technicians. I somehow got the numbers of technicians. I called them like 20 times and the customer service centre more than 100 times and internet connection is never restored in Padur. I am like **** you **** for a month now. Never was pissed this much in life. Not restored will the last 3 months ever since the last year cyclone. SO PATHETIC SERVICE

                                      I have taken a raajnet connection with contact mob no:[protected]
                                      For the location : madandapuram porur
                                      In the name of vijayasree vijayan three weeks back.

                                      I have taken the connection for three months and advance paid 3800rs. For 40mbps, 60 gb connection.

                                      The person came and activated the connection with an ethernet cable, but did not give any router as promised.
                                      The connection which is given by ethernet cable also is not working.

                                      I have been complaining about this to the salespersons and your customer care contact no:
                                      And complained almost 20 times over this three weeks. But noboday even cared to come and see what has happened.

                                      Nobody is picking the call and any kind of resolution.

                                      Basically i understood raajnet is inefficient of giving any netconnection and they cannot support me in this after calling and trying to resolve this for 3 weeks.

                                      I wanted this connection to be terminated and get by money back.

                                      Please let me know what is the procedure?

                                        I have used Raajnet for 12 days and the usage is showing as crossed 150GB. I have never used it to that level and I use internet for 2 hours in the night and 1 hour in the morning to read facebook and emails.

                                        Their customer care executive are behaving worst and they will repeat the same dialogue for whatever you call them.

                                        They will ask to write to their support then you will not get any response.

                                        Their sales persons are frauds and shame less people who will tell thousand stories and will even to moon to collect the money but will never turn back.

                                        Don't get into this connection. Instead you can peacefully use your Airtel or JIO mobile net.
