I paid 1070 Rs for Raajnett broadband connection on[protected] and didnt get it even after 5 months of paying for it.I was informed that it will take 45 days to process the refund check.Its been 5 months now and in`spite of calling the customer care repeatedly i havent got the refund check. PFA the bill. This is the worst just the worst customer care.

Several mails were sent for removal of the fixed hardwares from our wall and none of them from the company contacted. If not removed in a weeks time with the information/complaint to the local police we ourselves will have to remove the same. Very poor service and response. not even contacted by their given cell and landline numbers. My connection in the name of my daughter was taken on 1st sep, 2016(connection effected on 11th sep) paid fully for 3 months and the internet came for a very few days only and from 12th of dec.totally went. with the grace time given by them from 16th further renewal has tobe done by us. from 16th dec. we have sent mails to remove the connection and fixures, no response from them. A very very poor service.

I have been using Raajnet service for some time now, I cant believe that an ISP provider can be as pathetic as this. Frequent disconnections and the customer service guys tell u AGGREGATION issues. Fed up with these people. THEY ARE BIG TIME CHEATERS. NO VALUE OF MONEY. WTM 1540. In the first money things were pretty worse that the technicians didnt even attend to my problem and the wire is of the cheapest quality.

After frequently calling them on the same issue they some how changed the wire. A lot of times i had problems while using internet banking and making payments.

Please take action against them asap and do justice to me.

My name is santhosh kumar from villivakkam, chennai, i have discontinued airtel broadband connection and i have applied for this raajnet service before 1 month the person came & got 1034 inr from me & said within 7 days he will connect the net but now it seems 35 days left no intimation no message no calls from any of a single person from the concern, whenever i use to call for refund he often says i will confirm & call you back but his call never turn back i request you to please take an action on them as they are cheating the human beings we all are doing work & earning money but they are not.
Kindly take a necessary action on them & people should not trust them any more let i am the last person to be cheated by them.

In August we took the wifi connection from Raaj nett for 3 months pack. we paid the money for the very first day (Rs3, 201) and we were told that we will get full service from them. after two weeks wifi stop working . we complained them regarding this but no one solved our problem . we even raised the ticket for the problem as said by the Raajnett still it wasnt solved . even they gave the message of ticket being solved still our wifi was not working and no response from them. we called them everyday but they stopped picking our call. and they didnt even come to look to the matter of wifi problem. atlast our data pack of 3 month got over but still no response from them.

Please do something to provide our money back from them or give us the three month data service .

For the past 2 months there is no internet connectivity for more than 30 days now and i have called the customer care more than 50 times to get this fixed. All they know to say is a technician will come to your place to fix it but no 1 comes to fix it. They do not even know how to troubleshoot internet problems. All they want is money from customers and are not bothered about the service. Worst isp ever.

My name is rakesh. (Cell-[protected]) i have applied for raajnett connection 33days back on[protected]. They received 3 months payment from me. And then that day they informed me, my connection will get with in 7 days. Till 5th november they didn't contact me. That day when i called customer care they told there is no box and fiber connection in my area. Can't provide new connection. So they'll refund my money. I do not know why they received money without connection in my area. And they said over phone that i will get the refund cheque in 7 days. I waited for 7 days and i did not get any refund cheque. So i called them again and ask for my refund status. Now they said it will take 35 more days. Today of 33 days since i paid them. Please take necessary action against them. I have payment receipt proof.

Om 8th Oct - raaj net placed stall on Lakshmi puram road - contact person - Mani

When i spoken with him - he told about plans and package about internet connection.

verify any plan for limited base offers - he told - raaj net offering - limited package worth Rs - 804 rs- 40 GB - 4 MB speed .

Today raaj offering - free installation if you book - 8th OCT 16

After some time - i agreed and payed worth 804 rs - on next day morning by 8.45 AM
He came along with colleague - get the address pro- photo - written all information - shared bill.

when i check with him - he said - ETA for connection to be placed on your home location - max 5 days - but i requested him to place within 3 days - he agreed - took payment .

By next day i received call from customer support care -Raaj net - confirmed the address and name - they said ETA will be max 10 days - but i'm not agreed with that word - told them to placed asap - the lady spoken with me - create work order - escalating to technician to place asap .

Agreed .!!!

Awaiting for more than weeks - still not received connection .

When call back to executive- sale person - Mr. Mani
He not pick up call at all more than 5 times ring...

hence called from different number - he picked up - when check with him - he told - need to place fiber box and connection will take to place 3 more days

Hence informed that person to cancel the plan and refund the money - he said come to office and collect the payment - when i went and check with person - Mr. Sathish - he said - takes max 2 weeks to return the payment.

My concern that - when placing order - have to check the location and feasibility available on that place - . After received cash amount - then why you guys checking the line connection.

I'm really frustrated and really poor & false communication sharing to valuable customer's

I wouldn't wait for your eta refund - requesting to return asap.

if return payment - i will appreciate your kind work

Raajnett has pathetic service. Every month without fail connection goes out for atleast 10 days. On top of that they have agents without any product knowledge. I have wasted more money in calling rather than paying them. Want to cancel the service and they don't even have cancellation department.I have to do certain work on my computer but due this horrible service I have to waste money in net cafe..

I never seen in my life like this internet provider. It is fully waste in money and time. Number 1 waste network provider. please don't go for it. During taking this connection i didn't read the reviews otherwise i won't go with this stupid network.i saw so many complaints please ban and fine them so the people can save them. This is my humble request to whom going to take on this stupid network.

Paid rs 1300 by cash on 20 feb 2016 to mr. venkat ([protected]) as he promised that we will get cable installation done within 3 days for wifi. but looks like they had some technical issues during that time. i wasn't responded properly when i contacted their customer care. when i called the above person also, he didn't pick the call. few months later, they called me for installation, but i didn't want to have their connection as i lost faith in their service/customer care. i had asked for refund, but nothing happened. even i called the above person and asked for the refund, he said, he'll surely help on refund and he assured me a call back but till this moment, i didn't get any call from them. all i want is my hard earned money back, nothing else.

I stay at mugalivakkam, subashree nagar, chennai. i recharged internet on 20th oct. the internet was available only on 20th and 21st. after 21st no signal was available till now (01.11.2016). this is ridiculous. we complained more than five times and still no action. also the complain number is not toll free. will it ever be resolved or we should think about removing the device from our house.

In the name of Internet service providers, these are a gang of fraudsters looting people's money and peace of mind. There is nothing called customer service in this nasty company and there a gang of goons sitting in the local hubs doing simply nothing. Have been running behind these goons for want of connection after paying the subscription for over two weeks. No response whatsoever over calls. I am visiting the local technical hub at madhanandapuram but they simply wont care.Please avoid taking any connections with these fraudsters as I can see people queuing up daily with so many complaints. Better resort to Internet dongles by other providers than relying on these fraud gang. Rajuswamy - [protected] is the sales fraud who took the money from me.

I am using raajnett since few months but it's worst service made me irritated. During diwali i have received a message from them saying the customer care is not operational for 3 days. Since then net is also not working. Now i cannot complain also. This is the last month for me using their service. Switching to other network from next month. I will recommend not to use their network to anyone. Very worst service...

I have paid full amount Rs 6203 on 07/10/2016 for six months connection. Till now they have NOT given connection. The sales person who collected money is NOT bothered to take my calls. When he came for money collection, he gave me all numbers including his TL and technician numbers. Having seen that, I felt that he might be genuine. But none of the guys take my calls. So it is very clear that he cheated me. Called their support helpdesk which is another headache. if you get the person on the support call, you might be a lucky person on the earth. all executives will be telling same answer that within two days connection will be given. it is almost more than 21 days over. Guysss..please dont ever opt for broadband connection from Rajjnett, in any parts of india.
