I am using raajnet for last 3 months... monthly 5 to 6 days, their network will not work (particularly weekends)... to esteem this month for past 6 days no internet, raised 5 complaints but no use... customer service worst response... technician not knowledgeable or never available...
Never go for raajnet... better buy other broadband...

    I had taken a RaajNett BB connection after checking the speed of my friends house. Actually it is a fraudulent tricks played by RaajNett work. I have taken 4 Mbps scheme. When I check speed through speed test.net it shows the speed ranging more than 4 Mbps at the same time when I downloaded a file themed was not even 4 Kbps. I have taken print screen both the the speed and sent to Customer care. Absolutely no action. When I try to contact customer care over phone ([protected]) after option 2 to talk to Customer Care Associate, I will get only recorded music and voice stating your call is very much important and wait. This msg may come even half an hour but we will not connection to make our complaints. This is another technique from RaajNett.

    I have sent so many mails to [protected]@raajnett.co.in. Neither technical person nor customer care people responded so far. Even there was no acknowledgement from RaajNett for receipt of our complaints.

    How to resolve the issues??Who will help us??

    What is the roll of TRAI?? Whether we can go to consumer court???

    At least we can convey our displeasure to our friend through email or Facebook/Twitter at least let them not get trapped.

      Hi Raajnett,

      i'll not pay any single amount this month, since i am very dishappy with the service people, how often i am trying to call and informing my network issue.
      if i am not getting the service at right time when emergency, then what is the mean to keep the connection and pay the amount, i told to the Technical people
      and the customer care to remove the connection but even after they have kept the connection. So i informed the people that i'll not pay the amount for this month
      so the customer care team said they will check and confirm, but no reply yet.

      This is very common that we need the Network when it required or emeregeny, if network is not available when require, than what is the mean to pay, i am depending on
      your network, if i'll loose my job for your bad service, then who is the resposible and who gonna to give the new job and who take care my daily expenses until getting
      the new job.

      I am not blaming on Network but i am not happy with the service people (Technical people) no response and customer care not picking the call quicke and disconnecting the call from customer.

      Hope you understand my problem, my request is to give the disconnect the connection or i'll not pay the bill for the May month.

        I checked with their technical person whether the connection is available at my point (Sholinganallur). They said “yes” and can give me connection in 3 days, so i have been asked to pay the initial amount of rs. 1415 and i paid to b. Suresh kumar ([protected]) on dated (5.5.2016) for the plan 2mbps unlimited. They dodged for two weeks and on 21.5.2016, the technician mr. Vigneshwaran came to my house and said there is no possibility to give connection. I mailed the details to [protected]@raajnett.Co.In to cancel my connection. But i dint receive any reply mail from them next two days. I tried to reach the customer care number[protected] many times but none of them were picking the call. After long try i finally got connected to the customer care person. He said he will respond to my mail immediately.

        They replied as "we aplogize for the delayed reply. As per your mail, we have checked with our technical team and assigned them regarding the delay in installation. They will reach you asap"

        Till now mr. Suresh & mr. Prem from the technical team are not responding to my call and sms. I never expected these kind of behavior from an reputed organisation. I will never ever recommend anybody to go for raajnett connection. They dont even know how to handle a new customer.

        I dont need your connection anymore. I want you to give my money back.

        Worst Response - Dont go for it, They will make you to lose your patience
        Very poor and bad service there is no - rating to share I had given money for 3months customer care not responding they r disconnecting call and sales person saying to contact customer care.. But that no providing bad service. They don't know how to respond to customer complaints.. And they r providing fake bills they is no TIN no for bill and they r charging 14.5 % service tax .. if they provided freely also Don't take this connection

          Applied for connection on 17th of April with Raajnet and I Ve been charged around Rs1600. After many follow ups now I m at a point where I want to let the refund of the amount I paid. There is no call from tech, person whom.i paid. Customer care promised a callback several occasions. No one called me back. Last time I spoke with one of our reps Janani. She promised a callback on 30th may and as usual no one honoured that. I want to get the refund of my amount.

              Raajnet customer care is worst and especially Complaint department, They will never respond and will never care and commitment are not genuine and completely wrong promises, I have booked Raajnet and they have committed to give the connection in 3 or maximum 5 days and now it is more than 3 weeks and did not get the connection from them, I have paid money in advance and they have not even bothered about anything, They don't have a appropriate systematized approach. No complaints get registered, Before getting the connection we are facing such issues, If we get the connection think off. Raajnet officials Please take this as a very serious message to update your system and grow to see the fortune business in upcoming years. Please change and expect the changes from you atleast to serve the future customers. Very ridiculous experience.

                In the month of February, Raajnett representative came over and collected money for new broadband connection and promised to provide the connection within couple of weeks. But I did not heat back from him or anyone else from Raajnett. After calling their customer care, I was informed that they are unable to provide connection to my area and mentioned that my money will be refunded. However even after repeated follow ups I have not received my money back.

                  I have applied for raajnett connection. It has been 4 months. Connection not given. That fraud sales guy is not responding. I have requested for cancellation. I have sent an email to support. I didn', t receive any acknowledgement. Customer care is not answering properly. Seems it is a fraud company. Without checking feasibilty, they have booked the connections, collected amount and escaping from customers.

                  Guys who are victims like me, shall we approach media? (Seriously seriously).

                  Guys if you looking for madambakkam/sithalappakkam areas, dont believe this broadband. This is not frustration. This is fact.

                  This is a scam.

                  Guys let us gather together and fight for our deposit amount back. Let us approach media'

                    I have applied for new broadband connection on raajnett and i have payed deposit amount. More than one month they are not given the new connection so that i asked for my deposit refund.
                    For refund they asked me to send the email and i have send email also on thu, mar 24, 2016 at 10:54 am.
                    But till date they are not returned my deposit amount.
                    If i call on monday to customer care they are telling friday if call on friday they are telling monday.

                      Name of the company: raajnett (Raaj internet private limited), chennai

                      Name of the product: internet connection pack (For 6 months advance paid pack). Rs. 8018 paid by cheque no. Tamil nadu mercantile bank, 215230.

                      Full description: rajjnet has come to house, marketed their product of internet connection, taken a cheque and promised me an internet connection by november 28, 2015. Till date, 19 may 2016, they have not given any connection.

                      I repeatedly raised a request for service, they told all possible reasons including rains for not giving connection. They have also mis-lead me by telling that internet cable is ready in my area and connection can be given in 10 days. They have also put mis-leading banners in the housing area for connections even before cables are laid.

                      Waited for three months and raised a request for refund on march 7, 2016. Email has been sent to [protected]@raajnett.Co.In as per their request.

                      I have been calling them repeatedly every 20 days once at toll free number. They give various reasons like rains, cables, cheque ready and is kept for signing, sales executive will come and deliver the cheque at home etc.

                      Kindly check all my call records with them. They will make me hold for 15 minutes every time. They will inform that the refund department will call back, but no one will call back.

                      I request you to compensate me for the mental agony and time wastage along with rs. 8018. I demand a stringent action against them and pay a compensation of rs. 100000 for the pain that they inflected on me.

                      In the second attachment, there are two names of executives who had come to me and gave false assurances that every thing is ready and connection can be given in 7 days time. If your business has any ethics, please request them to call me. If you have no ethics, there is no need to call.

                      I have called for consecutive three months to know the status, but none helped me. Your head of company should feel ashamed for taking cheque and not responding to any of the customer requests.

                      Please confirm me as by what date the refund will be made. I hope atleast for refunds you will stick to the time line.

                      I have never seen a company with this kind of customer service.

                        I was promised by mr. Venkat ([protected]) that the internet connection to my new flat in medavakkam can be given in 3 days. I was told this on 9th april and asked to be paid 1500+tax. I was concerned about paying them as this company was not reputable from online reviews. I gave them a cheque which he promised not to deposit until the fibre line gets laid. After a week with no fibre line being laid he took the money with my cheque. Its more than a month after that and no work has progressed and no internet connection.

                        Nobody picks up the phone at their toll free complaint section and my repeated calls to mr. Venkat asking to cancel my connection and refund the money has gone unattended.

                          I had booked a connection a month (24th april 2016) back. I have no idea what is the status of the connection. It is difficult to reach the customer service, 1 in 100 attempts for reaching. They keep telling me it may take a week.

                          Sales person venkat[protected] doesn't pick up the call at all. I feel its waste of money to go to such fraudulent service providers. This service provider doesn't even have a nodal officer. How did trai give authorize this service?

                              I have taken raajnett internet connection 3 month back. Worst internet connection i have ever used. Daily 3 to 4 time internet will not work for minimum 2 hours. Even if it works internet speed will very slow. I have taken 20mbps plan i barely see the 20mbps.

                              Customer care is another terrible thing.

                              Raajnett if you cant do what you commit. Please go back to your old business. Please dont waster our time.

                              User please do not take this internet connection. This will be your worst mistake in life.

                                I applied for a new connection in raajnett.Within 1hr person from raajnett collected money and said you will get connection in next 2 days.Almost 1month over there is no response from them.Customer care keep on saying some stupid reasons and saying you will get connection in next two days.Without giving existing connection still they are giving notices to people regularly.

                                  Ive paid 3 months in advance i.e. 2700 to an agent called M.Raghu on 4-5-2016. He promised me that they'll provide connection by 5th. There is no person till today who visited my place. I've kept quite for two days. Ive registered for an online certification and internet is very must for me. I keep on calling their customer executives. But no one lifts the call. Ive called like 50times i guess. Ive been kept on hold for 10minutes for so many instances but no one lifts the call when the call is redirecting to the complaint section. Whenever I talk to those customer care people they say "today our technical people will visit your house". Even the guy who collected the money isn't lifting the call now. This is totally a fraud and fake company. I'll see for a couple of days and will register a complaint in near by Police Station. Sure

                                    Cheating provider who gets money from people and buying the things necessary to start the company newly .Do not know whether this is a Service provider company.Even when we ask the money to return back there is no response or they disconnect the call.Is there any way to file a police complaint about this company and bar these type of companies in India which creates a bad name to other Internet service providers.So people must be aware of such cheating companies before applying.

                                      Raajnett is another worst service provider in chennai!

                                      Thanks for giving us this much pain, hope it will continue for other customer as well (It’s my mistake l, i am part raajnett).
                                      What i am going to do now, i have very good influence on social network, first i am going to rate so your sales will be banded.
                                      First i will target raajnett on twitter i am creating a twitter id service by raajnett, hope this name will create smile on your face.
                                      I have already banded five new customer but i am not happy with this i want something more, i am not sure if consumer court will help here, but i promise i will try my best to reach there as well!

                                      But before process this all things i wanted to make you guys aware, why i want to do this!

                                      1.In night no internet after 9:30 pm till morning 8 am.

                                      2.In a day 3 to 4 hour no internet.

                                      3.In evening after 6 pm to 9:30 pm speed will be 10 kbps/ after that no internet.

                                      4. Customer care executive will not receive call almost 30 to 40 min.

                                      5. Once they receive call, during discussion if they don’t have any answer or they don’t want create any ticket they will disconnect your call without any information.

                                      6. If in case ticket is created, no one will come to your home for troubleshooting & without any solution you will receive a sms ticket is closed.

                                      7. Every day cable cut, power down etc …


                                      Buzz of man i cannot write down everything in point, i wanted to tell you one story : my house is very near to your sholinganallur office.

                                      One day i went to your office for asking why no internet connectivity, one of engineer told there is power down issue & i asked why you don’t have ups? He told raajnett don’t have sufficient money so you guys have to manage with this, instead of providing any solution he given me one nice advice (Why you are using raajnett, please move with some other service provider).

                                      I was shocked on that time but today i am realizing he was write.

                                      I have just one question, if you guys don’t have money then why sales person is become dog? When someone calling for new connection!
                                      I have a advice for you guys, of close raajnett & allow some good service provider to continue.
                                      I am working in hcl technology (We have total 33000 employee in chennai, one broadcast mail is enough to create impacts over to 33000 employee), just watch & see j…
                                      I am going to do my job, i will make you guys to cry on facebook, google, twitter, linkedin, you will get my name santosh everywhere against raajnett (I will go door by door in every house near sholinganallur to stop your sell)!

                                        I am residing at Madambakkam, Padmavathy Nagar extension, I have applied for Broad Band connection with Raajnett on 9th April 2016 and paid Rs. 1722 towards 1 mbps three months charges. Till date only I have been calling them to find out when they will provide me broad band connection and I have not got a call from RaajNett. Every time, i call, their standard response is they are laying cable and by this week (thursday) will be completed, likewise they keep promising but will not provide connection. I have asked the Raajnet person cell no. +[protected] to refund the money but no response. Too me, this is not the service provider we should go after. Just do not apply for Broad Band connection with RaajNett, my experience is very bad and irritating.
                                        RaajNett customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        TOTAL FRAUD AND CHEATERS in Broadband industry.
