[Resolved]  Racold — worst product and don't buy it on amazon

I had purchased racold geaser on Aug 2018, since then it was malfunctioned 2 times and was repaired. Very poor service since same malfunctioned occur again and again. Now the third time technician had come and said geaser need to be replaced. As I purchased geaser from Amazon and technician told me to return it to Amazon. Amazon said, return window is only for 7 days and I have to contact customer care only. Customer care executive Mr Deva and his supervisor are saying I need to contact Amazon.
Racold sell substandard product, they do not have any policy for online product.
I am stuck with defunct geaser. Invoice and all the relevant product details are attached

My complaint is already registered with you. PL act on complaint. I had not seen unprofessional company like Racold. You don't have any warranty policy for online purchase
