I ordered this product for my wife and cancelled at delivery for 1800 rs. Again they sent delivery saying just pay 800 Rs. Attempted atleast 10 times delivery at home. I thought let me try this as it was 800 rs. But it is JUST FAKE PRODUCT. i am now trying to put an complaint with local police station with courier guys phone numbers. I hope we will all get money back
I was actually going through the skin care products online, and by chance got this product. As I opened the site it started showing the trail offer. Thought of getting the trail offer, and asked for all the details but i did never ordered the products. I got the order number and delivery details without my consent. I never ordered the product. I got a call from California who doesn’t know to speak English and told your order has been shipped and you have to pay Rs. 1699. I went through all the details, company website, address details, were all fake. Even the registered company where they got their company registration is also fake.

This is real fraud. They are fooling public out. The advertisment so international product and bloody its coming from shimla with no Indian contact no. So that no one calls them back. The worst part is that yesterday i got the product and today i got a new message saying that my product is not going to work unless i buy one more supplement which has to be applied along with it. This was never disclosed earlier. For that new cream they are askinf another 1200 rs. Please advice how to sue these guys and how to stop them by fleecing customers hard earned money.

This is just a way of making money. Purchasing this product is just a way of wasting this product. It's a crap. Do not buy this otherwise you will repent on yourself. You can buy normal product instead of this or you can try some home remedies and can solve your problem. I want to thank a good person for emailing me. This company (Radyance) stole my photos/images from my website and put it on their website (to use as marketing "before and after" picture). This is fake. But also this is illegal and I am seeking legal action via Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
