Radyance Skin Brightening Serum — Fraud company and fake product

I think I am another victim of this product since I bought this one day before on 20-Jun-16, when i researched what I found is some good reviews and lot of complaints against this product. Somehow got into trap, this is local product and not from US, but there is actual RADIANCE product which is US make and it is very expensive 5600 INR after discount of 900 INR and it is available in Amazon US and Amazon India site.

You can see the spelling variation, this fake product spelling is RADYANCE and the actual product name is RADIANCE which is real product and has proven records in US. When you can afford INR 2000 for facial every month in a branded parlour you can try actual RADIANCE for 6000 rupees instead of getting cheated.

This is a fraud product. we cannot contact them through email, I tried emailing them but every time got the same response "Mail Delivery Failed" . There is no phone number mentioned. Even though guys I am sure if you use this product many o[censored]s will get fair and brighter skin but it will exists till you use the cream. Once we stop using it again we are going to get the same skin like before or say even WORSE.

Omg i m a victim too. I have got offer to buy this fake product in just 880 rs. And when i got this offer how can i let it go.
I heard about it from long time and decided to buy it someday (if i have got that much money). At that time it was costing me about 5000rs from original website. I forgot the website name but today when i was searching it lead me to http://skinformulation.com. I can't guarantee guys whether it is fake one or genuine.

I have noticed that fake one that i have is radyance skin brightening complex and original is radiance boosting complex.

Thank God I too got a call from US but i was searching for US company manufacturing Radyance. But there was none. I came across this website which is very useful.

same experience guys..fake company fake products and i got rashes on my face after the first application after that continuously calling on the given no.no1 is picking up.n they are saying to buy another day care products also for the better result..just making fool...

After reading many reviews I dont want this product

i orderd it last week and had a call from california just the same day, i missed the call and they kept on calling, i recieved their call four days before and they send me the product via courrier, surprisingly it reached me within 3 days, as i gave my shop address, my staff insisted on opening the pack before taking delivery to chk wether the product i ordered was the same as delivered, the courrier guy said that he couldnt open the pack.So my staff refused to give him the cash, and the guy took back the product.i came to know of it later and felt a bit bad on the incident.i went through ur reviews just now and was happy that they rejected the courrier.hope to get a call from them tmrw on the rejection...what shud i tell ...i'm totally confused.anyways than u ladies on ur reviews it was a great help.i further would chk on the reviews before buying such fraud products...

I have ordered the product, However I am yet to use it and see the results if any. Today morning received another message saying I have forgotten to order the Exilir Product and now they are sending the product by all by themselves and asking me to pay another Rs 1100 for that. Be aware it looks like a complete scam.

Hey i[censored] have already bought the product and want to return it this guys they wont pick up our call or the courier would not take as we know this is real fake. Just try to order the same product with different no. And when the same courier comes to deliver the product dont take it, you just return him the product let them do some trouble and try to ask for the money by returning the previous product.

Secondly the product doesn't have the ingredients as mentioned on the other website... It has some totally different list of ingredients...

Third- this product is made by a shimla based company - indus cosmeceuticals
Just lyk the product the company also seems to be fake...

Last but not the least - I got an email and messages from them.. This is the message

I prefer to use natural products with no chemicals.

There are many remedies for treatment of melasma, age spots, acne scars ect. keep in mind this can take time. Rice water soap is fantastic for treating this, if this is hard to find you can use a rice water toner, you can notice results after first application. However for dramatic results this will take minimum of a month.

If you take 4 tablespoons of white rice and put it in a small air tight container, add cold bottled water from the fridge and vigorously shake and let sit for ten minutes. You will notice that the water has turned milky and the rice slightly transparent. Your rice water is ready to use. This can be applied twice daily every day. Soak up some rice water with a cotton pad and apply all over the face, allow to dry. Do not wash this off. This also closes your pores and instantly makes the skin look bright, lighter in colour also feel extremely soft. This is an antioxidant, anti inflammatory and full of essential vitamins for the skin. Refrigerate rice water and dispose after four days.

I bought Radyance fairness creme online and i received it (Invoice No. 5VBQKFMBHA). I noticed that the thin foil wrapped around the creme container was already open and i strongly suspect that it was partly used or totally replaced with some local creme as after using this cream, i ended up becoming darker. I definitely did not at least expect the contrary to what the company claims to make skin fairer. The wrapper used for parcel was in intact though and nothing could have been manipulated via transit. Nonsense has been done by the seller who actually parceled it. This stupid cream did me damage than the good i was expecting.

I became dark after using this cream. Please don't buy this cream and lose your complexion as well as valuable money.
