I was using rail-wire broadband since january 2019.. Within this period of time i did not got proper support from service provider.. Many times i have lost connectivity and called their agent but the agent never reached to me at time.. Currently since 75 days we have lost connectivity and not got any support from their agent.. I am in a hope less condition.. I want to surrender their connection but did not know the procedure... As i was depending upon their network i have lost many in my business.. Please help me..
