I am having Internet connection since last more than one year. But quality of service is very poor. In this regard i have complained customer care several times to customer care Nanded and Owner of the Rail wire Nanded. But till date they have not resolved the problem. Due to which every month data is remaining unused going waste.
My connection is in one room and adjacent to that room i am not getting internet. Please advise the concern to solve the problem. Otherwise circumstances force me to proceed consumer forum. And deregister the subscription.
