The Rail wire Internet connectivity installed on 17th Sept., 2020 (for which payment of Rs.5000/- was paid on 16.09.2020) is hereby surrendered due to poor service of internet and even your maintenance staff does not pick up phone for maintenance of the internet connectivity whenever needed. As such the Rail wire internet has been surrendered on 7th Nov., 2021 and informed your maintenance staff (Mr. Rabha) to disconnect the connectivity. He told me that he would come on 9th Nov., 2021 for the same. But till date (21.11.2021) he has not come and since then he does not pick up my phone call.
