Hi,

I placed a food order for my father through the railrestro web page at around 2100hrs to receive my order at Saharanpur Station while travelling through train no 12238. My father did not get order delivered at the station with no update from railrestro even after getting order placed as well as accepted by railrestro. Even I called two times to customer care for ensuring delivery of food so that my father did not get sleep with empty stomach. It's very unprofessional behaviour shown by the railrestro customer care too.

    I placed order through the helpline number of railrestro at around 8:12 pm to receive my order at Lucknow Station while travelling through Shramjeevi Express (12392). I did not get my order delivered at the station with no update from railrestro even after getting my order placed as well as accepted by railrestro.

        I have ordered food and paid 945 rupees to [protected] from [protected] via phonepay. I have called customer care and reminded them 4 times about food. And, at last they did not delivered food. This is the worst service. I am going to escalate this issue and lodging a complaint on whole services. When i called customer care again, they said it is vendor problem. We cant help.

          Hii Sir,
          On 06/04/2022, I was travelling in Puri Bikaner Express with PNR no [protected]. I had ordered food twice through this app for lunch and dinner. For lunch I received the order at Sambalpur junction as per my ordered but while recieving dinner at Sahdol station order quantity didn't match while unboxing the food. As per my order Rs. 160 veg combo was missing which was supposed to be with some veg curry and 3 roti. So please look such type o[censored]nethical practice and do the needful as soon as possible.

            Yesterday I placed an order for three chicken biryani (half) which was delivered during our journey in uttar banga express ( 13147 ) through Annapurna hotel & Sweets at Barddhaman Jn.
            It's my first time experience with railrestro which was horrible. We had never have such worst quality of food ever before. We had been served rotten packed food and we become sick. Today also we are not physically fit. You should take immediate steps to blacklist the agency and we should get the compensation.

                The food ordered at 7:30 pm couldn't be delivered by 10:30 pm. What a shame!! Why are you in this business if you cannot understand the situation of those who are in journey for last 34 hours and facing health issues.
                RailRestro is a blot on Indian railways. This company should be sued and discontinued.

                  I ordered food in A2 coach seat no. 19 qty01 and A4 coach at Seat no. 7 qty 02
                  Deluxe veg Thali of rupees 199 each and post eating this food all three members got food posioning symptoms at night.
                  Plz investigate the cause and info it was ordered from Taj Mahal restorent Surat via ur App.
                  It was my first online order at train and it's really bad experience for me and my family after putting health on risk.

                            I ordered 1-panner butter masala
                            4-plain phulka, 4-butter phulka,
                            They charged ₹.388/-
                            But the quality of food is zero,
                            Gravy not boiled correctly
                            Phulka is also not baked correctly,

                              I have ordered egg thali, which was suppose to give jeera rice, but it has given plain rice, also curd is missing, when asked about this to vendor, he simply tells complain karo. And he charge the same amount, if item is different and missing, they should charge less price. Please take serious action against them. my pnr is [protected]. You can check all the details.

                                  This is the worst of all. I ordered food and my order was confirmed. My train was late and they knew that so they texted me that they will diliver food on the time whenever the train will arrive at Renigunta station late or early but when my train stopped at the station I didn't get my order and when I called on this number [protected] for the first time they said that the dilivery boy is out and when I called second time another person picked up my call and said different thing he said that the dilivery boy is at pentary and when I called for the third time when my train left the station he said sorry ma'am there must be some confusion with the dilivery boy or trains timing that's the reason I didn't get the food and when I said I want to complain give me the hotel or restaurant Name they said they don't know what kind of business you are doing that you don't even know the name of restaurant and how can they be so irresponsible how will I eat my dinner we can't eat food of pentary due to some personal reasons that's why we trusted them and ordered food from them they don't know anything about schedule of train. My train is now standing at some station for almost 10 mins but when I asked them they said that the train will next stop at 12 at night and we can't do dinner at that time you guys are so irresponsible I m never ever going to trust you throughout my whole life and train journey this is just so disgusting.

                                    I ordered food by railrestro order id 1615579 on 27.6.21 at pune/gheewala restaurant. First some items like Paneer and Mixed veg were missing and secondly the food served was very unhygenic with foul smell. I raised a complaint with them but there is no response. We had to throw the parcel out even animals cant consume it.

                                      No refund is process for undelivered food

                                      I have order a meal via rail resto at surat.
                                      It was not delivered to us we were badly dissatisfied all night with hungry stomach.

                                      We have called and spoke to customer care on rail restro, i was told that refund will be done but till date no refund is process.
