Full Description - I am travelling from Coimbatore JN to Thane by train LOKMANYA TT EXP (Train No 11014). I have ordered food (4 Veg Fried Rice) from restaurant RRR LASSI ND SHAKES for 8 people (3 Childrens) for Anantapur station which comes at 9.07 PM. The restaurant has cancelled the order by giving reason of heavy rain at Anantapur, but there is no rain and they have not notified me before, so that I could not able to arrange food from other sources. When I called customer care of RailRestro and spoke to Sahil Kumar, they are not ready to make another arrangement and they are not taking any responsibility. I am not able to place food order next station which comes at 11.30 PM because no restaurant is accepting order after for late night.
Desirable Resolution:- Due to disappointment of RailRestro Service and as they are not taking any responsibility I need following things -
1. An apology email from Higher Authority by his/her personal email.
2. They should responsibility even if their vendor rejected order and make another arrangement to the passenger.
3. Stop giving non competitive reasons such as due to heavy rain restaurant not able to serve order.
4. Compensation for worst service and customer harassment.
5. Refund which paid for order.
