Hi Team
I have placed an order for my parents. They did not deliver the food and telling lies that the food was delivered and passenger was not der at place. Every time they started telling lies and cancelling the call wantedly.
My money is not refunded till date

They have not even reached out to me nor refunded my money. Are you closing the issues without resolving, is this even a real site or a fake consumer site?

    My order is not delivered in my train
    I was order food from railrestro.com
    My order number is 2597821

    Many customers are complaiing that many of the closed Hotels name displayed in railrestro.com.
    This company intentionally doing the fraud.

    Surprise is customer care exeutive it may self informed me that this hotel is closed due to i am cancelled your order. i told him than please disable or remove those hotels from your list and he is directily disconnect my call. Very very bad services. Immediate take a strict action and close this company.

    Request to appoint one committee for the invenstigation on priority basis.

      Working on very serious problem, organisation don't have any clear bond with his vendors. No any update features or delivery notification for orders.
      Need to take fine action against organisation on bases of mental torcher to travellers.
      Travellers need pure pre updates of the order via call and final confirmation before order delivery.

        I have ordered dinner through railrestro in the morning and confirmed with the customer care that order is successfully placed. Also the order is confirmed by the hotel. But the food is not delivered and the time is before 10 pm also. We are 4 with 2 children and we are without food today. The Train doesnt have pantry and we didnt see any means of getting food now. This is very bad experience from railrestro and they didnt do anything to ger the order delivered.

                  Full Description - I am travelling from Coimbatore JN to Thane by train LOKMANYA TT EXP (Train No 11014). I have ordered food (4 Veg Fried Rice) from restaurant RRR LASSI ND SHAKES for 8 people (3 Childrens) for Anantapur station which comes at 9.07 PM. The restaurant has cancelled the order by giving reason of heavy rain at Anantapur, but there is no rain and they have not notified me before, so that I could not able to arrange food from other sources. When I called customer care of RailRestro and spoke to Sahil Kumar, they are not ready to make another arrangement and they are not taking any responsibility. I am not able to place food order next station which comes at 11.30 PM because no restaurant is accepting order after for late night.

                  Desirable Resolution:- Due to disappointment of RailRestro Service and as they are not taking any responsibility I need following things -
                  1. An apology email from Higher Authority by his/her personal email.
                  2. They should responsibility even if their vendor rejected order and make another arrangement to the passenger.
                  3. Stop giving non competitive reasons such as due to heavy rain restaurant not able to serve order.
                  4. Compensation for worst service and customer harassment.
                  5. Refund which paid for order.

                    Refund of money

                    I ordered my food at Moradabad station but die to lack of time it is cancelled and the person also asked me to cancel it or not i asked him to refund my money but that money isn’t refunded bow and the person is not picking the call too...

                      I didn't receive any bill for order Id 2129490, I tried with WhatsApp support but no help. They continuously saying that bill has been sent automatically

                        RailRestro is the fake website to do fraud with money, they take money from customer to get deliver the food on train but they never deliver and they take online payment only to do this .

                          8th Aug'22 - I was traveling from Hosapet to Bangalore and ordered food from RailRestro - chole rice combo and aloo parantha combo.
                          After some time, call received from restaurant about the unavailability of chole rice combo.
                          The order was cancelled after contacting rail retro customer care.
                          And they suggested to place new order with cash on delivery (COD). Thus, new order was placed with COD and received as well.

                                  I had ordered food on 28 may 2022
                                  and i had got my food at ludhiyana in.
                                  But appropriate food has not been
                                  provided. Two items which i had
                                  ordered were misplaced with low cost
                                  food. And food quality and quantity

                                  complaint against it. But no soluation
