Railway Parcel — Material not giving by ludhiana parcel office person

Dear sir,
i m neeraj bhargava from rama enterprises, daman, i booked 2 parcel from vapi station to ludhiana to M/S SUPERMEN KNITWEAR on dated 10.2.16 by tarin no. 12471 swaraj express, by docket no.[protected] and ticket no.J 96224242.these were two carton and we pest original document on carton no.1. still material is with ludhiana parcel off.they lost our original docket.and now they say take original dkt.how can it be possible.even when they said make a bond we made this and spend rs.3000/- now today when party person went to station they r not giving material.total value of bill is rs.10000/-.we spent rs.3000/- for without our fault.what to do? you suggest.or return our material to vapi station.
