[Resolved] Railway Parcel — no response for my parcel | |||
Sir my parcel which was departure from Nagpur to Patna. When i gone to recieve my parcel then station staff told me that your parcel is not here but train was gone from Patna.When i complaints to satation master then no response was taken. They said they i m not responsible for yours goods.No complaints were written.when i reach to rail police then they also not taken any action.Sir please take immidiate action.MY PARCEL NO. 630679 . i had booked a bike from "BHUBANESWAR" to "PATNA" (BRO 1AT-7133) "DATED ON 8 MAY 2011" which till now has not been reached "DATED 16TH MAY 2011" to PATNA.Forget about delivery, dey r not even able to tell where my bike is?Plz help as soon as possible..i m facing a lot of of problems as each day i hv to go to the station nd keep searching or enquiring about my bike...as there is no response from the parcel office of BHUBANESWAR, whether their phone is ringing or not so i hv only the last option is dat i hv to lodge a complain against BHUBANESWAR parcel office as the staffes were also taken extra charges from me for loading bike as per dated, but dey didn't done accordingly..., .plz help us as soon as possible., . as i a student and i need bike for daily uses to go to classes twice in a day...
For that i will be very thankful to you.
