[Resolved] Railway Parcel — Parcel not delivered | |||
Respected Sir, My Name is Utsav Jain.I booked my parcel in Sachkhand Express(12716) on 7/Nov 2011 from Ludhiana to Agra.Till Date I have not received that Parcel.I have travelled from ludhiana to Nanded round robin but received no positive answer from anywhere.Please provide me the solution as I am in a lot of trouble.My Parcel was seen in Nanded on 2/Dec 2011.My Builty no : 719576 but railways says that all the parcels under builty no: 719576 has been delivered but how that parcel in Nanded under the same builty was seen.And Railway say that parcel under builty no :719441 is missing and gthat is travelling in the trains to and fro on the same route.But in actual all the parcels under builty no : 719441 have been received.So,the parcel of builty no : 719576 is missing.So,how can this be tracked.I am very depressed.Please track my parcel as this is turning out to be very urgent.Please provide me the solution and this a a humble request to all the memebers of the RAILWAYS and all the private parties and members that please do take care of the parcels as this causes a lot of problems and inconvenience. A parcel was delivered to me by my friend through proffessional corrier Dindugul Tamilnadu at the address Vigilance office Indira market, JABALPUR (M.P.) on dated 17.03.2009 and he informed me on the phone three days later I confirmed from the parcel has come to the your office at Malviya Chawk/JABLPUR and the sent it to the person who delivers the parcel named Deepak, this information was given to me on 21.03.09 after that I am conteneously chassing at your office but every time they says that we are confirming . I could not get my oarcl till date.Now i think that it would be better to get it through any govt. agency /speed post .
