Railway Parcel — Parcel not delivered

I booked bycyle on 25/02/2022 at Katni PARCEL OFFICE W.C.R. which has to delivered at Gorkhpur station but it is not loaded by the staff, on asking they are giving excuse that there is no space in the compartment .

Please help me to get my parcel delivered, my booking RECEIPT no. :B704462 .
