I booked a ticket from Chennai to Aluva and railyatri website nor their app is allowing me to cancel. I have been trying for the past couple of days and I have also paid for the cancellation service which is actually free had I booked via IRCTC. My train is on the 26th of December and I have only today for the 48hour window slot to get my full refund Was this information helpful? |
