We were suppose to travel by train no. 22692 Rajdhani express and PNR no. is [protected], which was automatically cancelled on 20th dec after being waitlisted and an sms was received stating "PNR [protected] cancelled being Waitlist after chart preparation, Amount 5, 580 will be refunded in your account within 3-4 days.-IRCTC"
We have been waiting for our refund since more than half month and haven't received it yet.
We even mailed at [protected]@railyatri.in, and the only response we get is " a ticket has been created, an executive will get in touch with you within 24-48hrs".
No response till now.
There customer call support tel:+[protected] is a waste as it's computer generated and it doesn't have an option to talk to their executive.
