Booked ticket worth rs 1118 in railyatri and because of the booking invalidation the payment was completed but the booking was incomplete and it was not successful. I request you to please solve this problem and refund my required money as soon as possible.

I booked ticket on 11th January 2024 and since it was waiting list I cancelled the tickets immediately but it's more than 30 days but I haven't received refund. I emailed the customer care but no response please let me know what should I do further.

Refund of Cancellation of my train booking for Siddeshwar express date[protected] PNR [protected] is still pending.

Railyatri is not responding to the emails that I have sent. Their customer care number does not receive any calls, it always has a recorded message.

Railyatri seems to be a complete fraud.

Please advice how to get the refund my amount ASAP.

We were suppose to travel by train no. 22692 Rajdhani express and PNR no. is [protected], which was automatically cancelled on 20th dec after being waitlisted and an sms was received stating "PNR [protected] cancelled being Waitlist after chart preparation, Amount 5, 580 will be refunded in your account within 3-4 days.-IRCTC"
We have been waiting for our refund since more than half month and haven't received it yet.

I booked Train ticket for Chennai For 10 passangers. I want to cancel for 2 there app and website does not allow same.

I called there customer care number 3 days consecutively .. no one answered for more than 1 hr

This is fraud company, Railways should ban them

I had booked tickets from Mumbai to Delhi on 12 december but I wanted to cancel them because of change in dates. The railyatri app nor its website is allowing me to cancel the tickets. The amount is above 5000rs. I have mailed railyatri about the issue but no reply. This is pathetic from railyatri. Even the customer care number had hold my number for 1 hr but no one answered.

I booked railway ticket on railyatri.com on 3rd August23 and cancelled on same date. Its PNR no is [protected]. I receive email from railyatri regarding confiramtion of cancellation and mentioning refund will be reflected within ten working days. But till date refund is not received.
I communicated to Railyatri through email [protected]@railyatri.in. But there is no any action except auto generated email.

I didn't get my refund
I had booked ticket from railyatri on 1 July 2023 and cancelled on 29 July 2023 because of waiting list. But I didn't receive my refund amount of rs 6390 till date. Please get my refund back in my account. Railyatri customer care number is not responding properly..

I have made a booking for a bus ticket through Railyatri, and the bus operator assigned to my journey is Essaar. The details of my booking are as follows:

The boarding point specified for my trip is Gandhipuram Tamil Nadu Hotel. However, despite my attempts, I have not been able to establish contact with the bus operator. They have neither called me nor sent any messages regarding the journey.

Moreover, I have also faced difficulties in reaching out to Railyatri for assistance. Their customer support has been unresponsive, and I have not been able to find any proper emergency support from them.

The contact numbers provided for the bus operator's office were either out of network coverage or not working. This left me in a completely helpless state and worsened my situation.

Additionally, when I approached other bus operators from Essaar who had crossed the boarding point, they were unwilling to provide any assistance.

Overall, this has been an extremely distressing experience for me, and I consider it to be one of the worst situations I have ever encountered

I had ordered food on 16-5-23 in train no 12702 at Kalaburagi Junction with order Id 3011610 for which I made payment of ₹459 but food is not delivered and there is no communication on the same from Railyatri.

During booking of train ticket railyatri.in debited Rs.3549/- to Stellingrailyatri using paytm but train ticket not booked / not generated from New Delhi to New Jalpaiguri for 24 May 2023, please arrange to refund full amount to my paytm ID [protected]@paytm.

As per WhatsApp message payment received confirmation sent by railyatri and refund assured within 48 hours, but not done.

Please resolve my issue and refund my money as soon as possible.

I have booked ticket from Indore to Veshnodevi but later canceled due to waiting list on 28 March 2023 but they provide refund yet. I have been trying contact on their helpline number but that Is not working.

On date 25 February 2023 train ticket was booked by Railyatri app but ticket was not get confirmed on schedule time. Sms was recieved that money will be refunded but till date no refund recieved. Aleady i mail to irctc and response recieve that will resolve soon, after that few days again mail recieve to inform to railyatri. I call to railyatri but no solution haplen.
I totally got fedup .

Sir ji train yatri app sa payment ho gyi but ticket nhi mili ji plz refund

I had booked the ticket from Railyatri app, its PNR number is [protected] and booked on 18 March 2023, but the ticket has not been confirmed, but the booking has not been refunded yet.

I have booked 2 tickets for 5th March from rail yatri and tickets get auto canacelled as seat did not confirmed, when I cal irctc they said refund has been initiated and I can see on irctc app also but I did not get any refund in my account when I call to rail yatri they are not giving any response and on mail also they are not giving any response. On 3 February, 2023 I booked my rail tickets for the train number 15657. At first the website showed "time out" but the money was debited at 12.29 am. The second time the booking was done at 12.33 am. I received tickets for the second time transaction. However, the money debited for the first time has not been refunded yet. Contacted the consumer service but they refuse to help out.

I was book the train ticket through Railyatri site on dtd. 20.02.2023 and amounting Rs. 1931 was deducted from my account but ticket has not done by Railyatri & no any booking id generate by Railyatri.

I booked a ticket from Chennai to Aluva and railyatri website nor their app is allowing me to cancel. I have been trying for the past couple of days and I have also paid for the cancellation service which is actually free had I booked via IRCTC. My train is on the 26th of December and I have only today for the 48hour window slot to get my full refund

I booked the ticket via Railyatri on the 8th of December and since I am still waiting listed, thought of cancelling my ticket. Rail Yatri has also charged me for cancelling the ticket and now the website, mobile app nor the customer care is allowing me to cancel. I tried calling them and I am getting disconnected.
