Refund not received PNR 4714615745

I booked ticket on 11th January 2024 and since it was waiting list I cancelled the tickets immediately but it's more than 30 days but I haven't received refund. I emailed the customer care but no response please let me know what should I do further....

Refund of cancellation of train ticket

Dera Sir/Madam

Refund of Cancellation of my train booking for Siddeshwar express date[protected] PNR [protected] is still pending.

Railyatri is not responding to the emails that I have sent. Their customer care number does not receive any calls, it always has a recorded message.

Railyatri seems to be a complete fraud.

Please advice how to get the refund my amount ASAP.

No refund

We were suppose to travel by train no. 22692 Rajdhani express and PNR no. is [protected], which was automatically cancelled on 20th dec after being waitlisted and an sms was received stating "PNR [protected] cancelled being Waitlist after chart preparation, Amount 5, 580 will be refunded in your account within 3-4 days.-IRCTC"
We have been waiting for our refund since more than half month and haven't received it yet.
We even mailed...

Train ticket cancellation .. no customer care

I booked Train ticket for Chennai For 10 passangers. I want to cancel for 2 there app and website does not allow same.

I called there customer care number 3 days consecutively .. no one answered for more than 1 hr

This is fraud company, Railways should ban them...

Train ticket cancellation

I had booked tickets from Mumbai to Delhi on 12 december but I wanted to cancel them because of change in dates. The railyatri app nor its website is allowing me to cancel the tickets. The amount is above 5000rs. I have mailed railyatri about the issue but no reply. This is pathetic from railyatri. Even the customer care number had hold my number for 1 hr but no one answered.
My order number is 37642469...

Refund of cancelled ticket

I booked railway ticket on railyatri.com on 3rd August23 and cancelled on same date. Its PNR no is [protected]. I receive email from railyatri regarding confiramtion of cancellation and mentioning refund will be reflected within ten working days. But till date refund is not received.
I communicated to Railyatri through email [protected]@railyatri.in. But there is no any action except auto generated email....

I didn't get my refund
I had booked ticket from railyatri on 1 July 2023 and cancelled on 29 July 2023 because of waiting list. But I didn't receive my refund amount of rs 6390 till date. Please get my refund back in my account. Railyatri customer care number is not responding properly.....

I didn't get my refund

I had booked ticket from railyatri on 5 June 2023 and cancelled on 7 June 2023 because of waiting list. But I didn't receive my refund amount of rs 3400 till date. Please get my refund back in my account. Railyatri customer care number is not responding properly..

Above order is cancel not refund and another is transaction done but not ticket done.

Food Not Delivered at Station

I had ordered food on 16-5-23 in train no 12702 at Kalaburagi Junction with order Id 3011610 for which I made payment of ₹459 but food is not delivered and there is no communication on the same from Railyatri.

Also please find the screenshots of order confirmation by Railyatri and payment made by me.

Food not Delivered at Kalaburagi Junction

I had ordered food on 16-5-23 in train no 12702 at Kalaburagi Junction with order Id 3011610 for which I made payment of ₹460 but food is not delivered and no body it responding on the same.

During booking of train ticket railyatri.in debited Rs.3549/- to Stellingrailyatri using paytm but train ticket not booked / not generated from New Delhi to New Jalpaiguri for 24 May 2023, please arrange to refund full amount to my paytm ID [protected]@paytm.

As per WhatsApp message payment received confirmation sent by railyatri and refund assured within 48 hours, but not done.

Please resolve my issue and refund...

No refund of non confirmed ticket

On date 25 February 2023 train ticket was booked by Railyatri app but ticket was not get confirmed on schedule time. Sms was recieved that money will be refunded but till date no refund recieved. Aleady i mail to irctc and response recieve that will resolve soon, after that few days again mail recieve to inform to railyatri. I call to railyatri but no solution haplen.
I totally got fedup .
Plrase look into this matter.

Money was debited twice but did not receive refund.

On 3 February, 2023 I booked my rail tickets for the train number 15657. At first the website showed "time out" but the money was debited at 12.29 am. The second time the booking was done at 12.33 am. I received tickets for the second time transaction. However, the money debited for the first time has not been refunded yet. Contacted the consumer service but they refuse to help out.
