Sir, today i booked a ticket from jodhpur jn to kanpur central in jodhpur hawrah exp and rs 1428 also debited from my account two times but i am not able to download the ticket from railyatri app and also i didnot get any ticket in my email id so please solve this problem as soon as possible. Feb 17, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Yesterday(16feb22) I received an email from [email protected] from which i came to know that my refund amount had been initiated and it will take 5-6 working days to reflect in my bankaccount.
Thanks to this portal to resolve my query asap. | |
