1-Sir my order id 557924 .cancelled ticket to 29/04/18 but not get refund . Rs 4201/. 2- my order id 447310 .cancelled date 06/04/18 but I dnt get refund Rs 1355/. I contact to my SBI branch he says not to be pending any transaction for this same complain.i continue run to solved for this problem but i not sucees. if dnt get refund approx 15 days i complain to consumer forum to Rail yatri APP. I have ordered a veg dish and i was told that i shall get one plate rice, one packet vegetable, salad, dhal, pickle @135 rs. I have received my food at kharagpur station. But in the packet i have received only dhal and rice and nicotex.
Unfortunately the food was rotten. Please return my money.
