I was also unable to reach Railyatri for support
There is no proper emergency support in Railyatri

Bus operator office contact number were also out of network coverage and landline number was not working

I was completely helpless and was in worst situation

Other bus operators of essaar who crossed the boarding point was not ready to help me

I just went through worst situation ever
