I have purchased 08 tickets on 22nd december, 2018, payment was made through inb atom technoligies ltd., ref. No is[protected]igafatwq4, but my pnr no. Was in my phone which has lost on 3rd jan, 2019, now i want to cancelled the tickets, how can i do it? I have 2 pnr number, both were in my mail box of loosing phone. Now i can not cancelling the tickets in absence of pnr numbers.

I had booked 2 ticket from mandi to delhi on 30th dec . That day i were waited till 2 am morning where bus timing was 9pm but bus not arrive .SRT bus conductor said they will refund us because bus was brekdown so i need my refund .

Dear sir,
I order food for jayashri against order id-1522363 and paid online. But courier boy make fool to her and charge 160 RS. He told her this is your COD order so you must have to pay 160rs. She got confused and paid 160 RS.
I want this refund as soon as possible
