I placed an order for a meal well before time in lokmanya tilak cochuveli super fast exp as there is no catering facility is available in the train. These bastrd could
Not even deliver the food but also not replied back phone call. I made several attempt to talk but the did not replied properly and transferring call from one department another. This was really ridiculous. I advised every one not order the food from railyatri. One of the worst experience i ever had.

I am in 14019 train number and I was ordered my food in njp to deliver in kathiar junction but they failed to delivered my food and I'm hungry now there is no any options in this train to get food immedeiately
I had two order 1263590 and 1264466 on 15 Nov 2018 which I had cancelled after but this company doesn't refund my money more than month passed after cancellation and costumer service is worst make 100 of stupid excuse. Fraud company

I booked 3 tickets for railyatri but one ticket refund amount msg received and another two tickets cancelled but amount cannot refunded by the agent pls verify
