Railyatri — Food Not Delivered at Station

I had ordered food on 16-5-23 in train no 12702 at Kalaburagi Junction with order Id 3011610 for which I made payment of ₹459 but food is not delivered and there is no communication on the same from Railyatri.

Also please find the screenshots of order confirmation by Railyatri and payment made by me.

Please issue me a refund of my payment made.
