Railyatri — No proper emergency support for bus ticket booking

I have made a booking for a bus ticket through Railyatri, and the bus operator assigned to my journey is Essaar. The details of my booking are as follows:

The boarding point specified for my trip is Gandhipuram Tamil Nadu Hotel. However, despite my attempts, I have not been able to establish contact with the bus operator. They have neither called me nor sent any messages regarding the journey.

Moreover, I have also faced difficulties in reaching out to Railyatri for assistance. Their customer support has been unresponsive, and I have not been able to find any proper emergency support from them.

The contact numbers provided for the bus operator's office were either out of network coverage or not working. This left me in a completely helpless state and worsened my situation.

Additionally, when I approached other bus operators from Essaar who had crossed the boarding point, they were unwilling to provide any assistance.

Overall, this has been an extremely distressing experience for me, and I consider it to be one of the worst situations I have ever encountered
