I have booked food online of www.railyatri.in and order confirmed by The Banyan tree hotel with advance payment but food is not supplied in my coach when I reached to the katpadi station.i was traveling with my family with 2years old chiled.train was late and I have called to the concern person to confirm before 45min in bellow number they told they will supply([protected])but food not received and night 10:30pm I could not able to find the food.need action on the same on top priority.coch numberB4.seat number-52.train number -22817.please find the attached screenshot of my order

My food order number -942860.kindly return my amount and please don't do the same with any customer who is traveling.

I booked my ticket on 1august but after booking my ticket was cancelled. But my money is not refunded. So plz refund my money.

    I have mailed more than 30 times to Railyatri support team but no response from them. From the attached pic you can see that they know only this mail, without seeing the subject matter of consumer they hapazardly mailed us.
    From the part of railyatri, bus ticket didn't booked but payment had deducted from my account.
    Amount of RS. 698 has been deducted from my account.

    Please refund me asap

      Sir l booked ticket 21 jun 18 all your confirmation mail shows it's 21 jun but in ticket it's 21 july after get in train then only i known i attach your confirmation mail and ticket for your reference please made refund full i canceled the ticket i give penalty and treat with out ticket so even taken the i spend mote money for penalty with out seat i travelled in the train it's very. Huge stress to my body and mind please give my ticket amount with compensation

        I am travelling in train no 07182 (Special train hyderabad-salimar) and my pnr
        No. [protected], i had ordered food from vicky 's restaurant, khordha vide order no. 818116 through railyatri.com.
        The meals which was delivered, is very bad quality and it seemed it was cooked one or two days ago. I throw the food.
        Hence, it is requested to initiate complain against it.

          I ordered my food on railyatri app and they didn't delivered it at raigad station. They said they will deliver food in next station but it was all fake. I have told them to pay my money back and they have assured me they will refund me in 7 days. But it seems to be a fake assurance these apps are waste of money and only fool people giving fake assurance. What i from want this app is return my money and stop giving food delivery if they are not able to do so atleast people will get it from some other means. I have seen many old persons and people with small kids have to face problems because of such servicesl. Pls close this app if you are not assured of your service.

            I ordered 2 hours before my scheduled train and i was getting regular updates on whatsapp about the stacking and packing of the food.
            But the food was not even dispatched despite knowing the train arrival/departure time and therefore we kept on waiting for the food to be delivered and the train started running.
            I called them but there's no response.
            I messaged them on whatsapp and they didn't reply.
            Very bad time management.
            Very much disappointed about the service.

              The ticket was booked... But there was no response from the agent... Even if there is any problem in the server.. The agent or the responsible one should have sent concerning info about the booking status.. Now when am trying to cancel the the ticket... It's not getting cancelled... What kind of service is this... I mean this is the worst service... And am stuck whether to book from somewhere else or not... And stop boasting by only posting best reviews in your app!

                I order food with order no:729201.my train was late and wanted to contact them but they have asked me to message in Whatsapp and I have did so.But they are not responding at all.I kindly advice to take a look into this because many people are suffering due to this site.
                Sir I have cancelled a ticket with PNR number- [protected] on 9th may with a journey from agra to ludhiana but still haven't got any refund from the travel agent. Please look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible.
                I have cancelled a ticket on 24 july with a journey from barely to allahabad but still I haven't got any refund. Please check and solve matter as soon as possible

                  I have ordered a veg dish and i was told that i shall get one plate rice, one packet vegetable, salad, dhal, pickle @135 rs. I have received my food at kharagpur station. But in the packet i have received only dhal and rice and nicotex.
                  Unfortunately the food was rotten. Please return my money.

                    I have ordered the food and made payment by debit card and the booking was confirmed but they didn't deliver and they kept on assuring that they will deliver on time. I have took more than 5 times follow up with customerservice but getting nonsense answers that the restaurant people nit answering call.. Very poor management and service by railyatri.com

I got message and message given above the in formation as well as mention they will return my money after 20.00 inr deduction and remain balance will send back to bank within 7 working days but passed 10 days but still they didn't return my money.

                          Hi railyatri team,

                          I would like to reiterate my point that your ticket cancellation policy as per the attached ticket says:

                          1. 70% of the fare will be refunded if cancelled befor 4 hours of departure.

                          The departure time of the bus was friday, 15th sep 2017, 7:35 pm. The time of ticket cancellation was on friday, 15th sep 2017, 3:32 pm. The difference in time is 4 hours 3 mins. Hence, based on the above cancellation policy, i am eligible for the refund of 70% refund of the bus fare. The bus fare is 629 rs and i should get a refund of 440 rs.

                          I have explained to my best regarding the refund. Please revert to this email as soon as possible as i am waiting for the next action.
                          I have booked ticket from Kanpur to Bhopal n train was late by 6:30 hrs so I cancelled ticket but not got refund n showing it can't be processed. When train was delayed by 3 hrs we get full refund but here showing that no refund due.

                            This is very frustrating and and mental harassment.
                            The bus got breakdown in the starting of the journey around 10pm.
                            The driver and bus agent keep saying that mechanic will come and repair until 1.30 am after that he says we can't do anything now you manage by urself.
                            Now tell me what we can do at 2am in the middle of nowhere.
                            We have to catch office next morning now tell me what can we do.
                            This is not at all the way of dealing with customer.
                            The foolish bus travel agent said we will refund through the channel you book the bus but this is not the solution.
                            I can't give that execuse to my boss next morning.
                            I had to suffer a lot just for reaching the pune. Even now i am suffering just to make it to the home.
                            Tell me who will pay for office losses and what is the compensation for the mental trauma i have gone through.
                            They should have arrange the alternative for every passanger being a travel agency and if they can't do anything in those breakdown condition then they should close there shops.
                            I had to pay 3000 for getting a 1*1 space just to manage myself in a cabin in a bus in worst conditions.
                            Who will pay me those losses i didnt book the seat in advance to suffer all this.
                            I think you might get the picture please revert asap with the compensations of my losses.

                              I am right now traveling in train no. 12358 with births 4 and 6 in s4. I ordered a kadhai paneer online for myself and my wife. With order no.3855 at lucknow station. The food came at 8:32 pm. We were hungry so we started to eat the kadhai paneer with gravy first. Then me and my wife noticed a bone type piece in the food. We imideatly looked in the food.. Actually it was chicken piece. I took the pics if the food and sent it to their helpline. They responded by apologizing that non veg food has been served to you. Me and my wife remained hungry as the train do not have pantry car and when i asked them to replace the food the told me they are sorry as next station varanasi will come at 1 pm and the di not serve at that time. My question is can i sue the railyatri website for their poor service, gross carelessness and doing cruelty to me and my wife as we are still hungry due to non availability of food and demand compensation for that. Pls help

                                Train tickets procedure not working since 15 days please help to solve this as soon as possible.                                   Hai, I have purchased earphones from rail yatri and now I want to return it. there are no instructions on the website or in the app except for the statement in the app that 'EASY RETURN'. I contacted the customer care but they said that electronic items cannot be returned. But this is not mentioned anywhere in the app. As a customer, this should have been properly informed that return is not possible before the purchase. This is indeed an unprofessional way of dealing with the customer. I hope that this query will be resolved as soon as possible. be resolved as soon as possible.
                                  I have also attached the screenshot from the app which according to Rail Yatri has the information that electronic items cannot be returned.

                                            Hi, i've booked a bus ticket from bangalore to eluru for my mother on[protected]. Without informing me they changed bus, they changed pickup timing and dropping times. Even seat they gave was not ladies seat and that too in full front row. But i booked in the middle of bus as window seat. Everything has changed once i paid amount online. After i called yatra geine they told me to call booking partner railyatri. I called railyatri they are simply resisting to accept their mistake and give me proper response. I request to take action against. I'm sure lot of people suffered for this kind of third graded cheap tricks.

                                                I was waiting for my family to recieve from 02255 sealdah ltt sf special train which started on 28th may from sealdah and the schedule to reach on 29th may... The train was late by 8 hrs which was updated constantly on your website where we were tracking... Lastly they showed the train has already reached its destination at 7.25 am on 30th may while the train was actually stranded in vikhroli... We are still waiting for the train to come and it's now 7.55 am
                                                I am sure that you all gather the information from station and update it on the website... When i showed this to the deputy station manager in ltt station they said this is normal and we don't have link to this...
                                                I am sure the same may be linked to the train reaching the destination...
                                                My point here is to highlight the wrong reporting done from the point or the reporting managers in you station...
                                                Please take action as this is for consumer help and if we get wrong information we may be misguided...

                                                  I Had booked a bus ticket from railyatri app. On the date of journey one people from their travels call me and informed about the cancellation of bus. After that i called railyatri customer service people and described the situation. They told me that if bus is canceled they will refund my money. But till now no rufund is made.

                                                  When i tried to call them they are telling me that bus is not cancelled after that i called travell partner of rail yatri they told me that bus was cancelled.
                                                  I had booked a ticket by bus on 3rd August at 18:09pm for Chennai to Coimbatore. But due to some problems I have cancelled the tickets. When I cancelled using my ID and phone number they replied by mail as your tickets cancelled successfully we refund the amount within 48 Hours. But crossed almost 3 days still we didn't get the amount.
                                                  Please see and refund quickly. I have submit the ticket detail below for your reference.
                                                  RailYatri is really a damn fraud. I have booked the ticket on date 22th Oct 2017 from Seoni To Indore. Due to some reason I have cancelled my ticket on date 28th Sept 2017. It already passed 6 days & I didn't get any refund amount. I have drop a mail in the [protected]@railyatri.in & after sending 2 3 mail in same thread yesterday I got a call & customer executive told me that please connect with the bus operator & check there policy & as per his information, he told me that you not got any refund money due to policy. I can't understand why am I connect with the operator & many times I had booked ticket in same operator from the redbus & other sites & cancelled also & I got the refund money instantly.
                                                  I have paid Rs.8352/- for purchase of Railway ticket from Railyatri on 07.06.2018 . Details are given below.
                                                  PNR No [protected] Transaction ID [protected]. Train No 12906. Date of Journey 5th Oct. 2018
                                                  Passenger Details: Balai Chandra Hazra + 4 . Out of 5 I have cancelled 2 tickets on same day i.e. 07.06.2018.
                                                  I have cancelled rest 3 tickets on 18.08.2018. So I have cancelled my all tickets under PNR No [protected].
                                                  Refund comes through Railyatri Wallet Rs. 2260/- on 08.06.2018 Refund Transac IDCMS[protected] and Rs. 2820/- on 24.08.2018 Refund Transaction ID CMS[protected] So total refund
                                                  made Rs.2260/- + Rs.2820/- = Rs. 5080/-
                                                  Cancellation charges of 5 tickets as per Rules Rs. 950/-, Agent Fees Rs.40/- Transaction Charge Rs.82/-
                                                  So total deductable amount RS. 950/- + Rs.82/- +Rs.40/- = Rs.1072/-
                                                  I have paid Rs. 8052/- less deduction Rs. 1072/- So net refundable amount Rs. 7280/- But Railyatri and their Agent
