          I booked a bus from hosur to chennai on 22nd feb 2020 10pm 4seats but due to seat upper bearth selection i cancelled seats. But during cancellation through intercity travel app selected wrongly bus was cancelled by operator selection on 19th feb 2020. I informed earlier but no action they simple telling due to your mistake amount can't be refunded. Customer care not ready to ear my problem they every time cutting phone line during explaining the issue.
          Poor customer service.

            I made my payment through google pay for ap express,, but my ticket was did not booked,, i want my refund back as soon as possible i have attached the screen shot of my payment receipt, i need immediate response for it, i don’t know what was happend but i want my refund back please go through this and solve my issue..               Dear sir,
              I didn't get service for online ticket booking on railyatri from mumbai to mangalwedha dated 26/10/2019. I was waiting at stop from 9pm to 11 pm but bus didn't come to the stop. I called on the contact numbers provided on ticket but they told me that your name is not in our booking list. Your ticket is not booked with us.
              After waiting upto 11 pm i had not traveled with that bus. I had asked for refund but railyatri is accusing me of lying.

                incomplete order and poor food quality

                I had ordered 4 deluxe thalis, 3 mini thali and 3 paneer roti combo and one dal fry and one mixed veg. However, i didn’t receive the three paneer rotis combo and dal fry, and was charged full for this, which was approximately 1900/- the food quality was pathetic, with the rotis hardly cooked. Instead of jeera rice it was plain rice. The khadi was just yellow water with a tinge of curd. No taste whatsoever order nos. 1794888, 1794990. Food...

                I recieved incomplete food today at njp station.
                I ordered veg deluxe thali. It comprises of 4 rotis but we got only 3 rotis, even sweet which was included was not served. While ordering i requested on call to provide salad with salt which was also not given. Overall the food was good but as i paid the whole amount why every item was not given. Please provide concession on this.

                My cash back not came in my account fully. I can book ticket one thousand one hundred rupees for three ticket so cash back not came hundred rupees. Railyard app is not good because this all not give the cash back half or less than half whenever mor tickets book not cash back done.. Ok so i can not run without cash back railyard app ok. So please i can request hundred rupees cash back per tickets or three tickets.
                I booked bus ticket from railyatri. Order Id:1417443. But service provider said that ticket was not at all booked. Still I hadn’t got my money as refund as it has already gone 6 days. Railyatri customer care people are not at all attending calls from me. Tweets are also not responding. Needed response now from them.

Was in my phone which has lost on 3rd jan, 2019, now i want to cancelled the tickets, how can i do it? I have 2 pnr number, both were in my mail box of loosing phone.                         I had booked 2 ticket from mandi to delhi on 30th dec . That day i were waited till 2 am morning where bus timing was 9pm but bus not arrive .SRT bus conductor said they will refund us because bus was brekdown so i need my refund .

                            The pnr [protected] was in waiting list after chart preperation. So i had got a message from rail way that the refund will came to bank amount with in two working days, ie is 24/10/2018. Still the amount not refunded to my bank account. I had done the booking through railytri app. So kindly help in this regard and do the need ful very immediately. The journey date for which has done was 22/10/2018. It is a big amount and very quickly need refund pls.

                              I placed an order for a meal well before time in lokmanya tilak cochuveli super fast exp as there is no catering facility is available in the train. These bastrd could
                              Not even deliver the food but also not replied back phone call. I made several attempt to talk but the did not replied properly and transferring call from one department another. This was really ridiculous. I advised every one not order the food from railyatri. One of the worst experience i ever had.
                              I am in 14019 train number and I was ordered my food in njp to deliver in kathiar junction but they failed to delivered my food and I'm hungry now there is no any options in this train to get food immedeiately
                              I had two order 1263590 and 1264466 on 15 Nov 2018 which I had cancelled after but this company doesn't refund my money more than month passed after cancellation and costumer service is worst make 100 of stupid excuse. Fraud company

                                    While travelling on train no.12982 on 23.9.2018, i had booked 2 deluxe thali meals through your mobile app. Vide order no.1084013 and paid full amount online to be delivered by rail yatri delivery partner hotel la abode, bhilwara and. Instead of delivering deluxe thali meal, they delivered two mini thalis wrapped in a dirty newspaper. The quantity of vegetable and dal was very much inadequate. Instead of four chapatis, there were three chapatis and instead of three vegetables, only two vegetables were there and that too in very little quantities, not sufficient for even two chapatis. Sweet was also missing. I would request you to immediately blacklist this restaurant and terminate their contract so that they may not cheat travellers. I would also request you to refund the excess amount charged by the restaurant and compensate me for deficiency in service. An early action in the matter is requested.

                                      1084323 towards booking of food on train. I hd paid the amount thru online. No food was delivered by vickey restaurant at khurda road to me today as per booking. Booking was confirmed as shown in my order details. No i put my grievance to refund my money along with compensation for non-drlivering of food to me. Necessary steps to b taken against such fraudulent activity/cheating customer. I need compensation as per law and immediate refund of my payment made towards abv booking number no. 1084323. I managed to get some food before the train started from khurda road station after looking/waiting for the person of of vickey restaurant for 20minutes. I have been cheated by the said restaurant. Pls look into the matter and arrange to settle my claims as stated herein above.
                                      My order I'd is 1121183. I did not get my food delivered. I am a sugar patient and had been hungry for more than 10hours. I had prepaid on this order. I want a refund as you failed to deliver my food despite confirmation from the restaurant.

                                        I have booked tatkal ticket and paid money to railyatri on 13 sep and ticket not booked, however refund of 856 is not received yet.
                                        When i dialed toll free nr of [protected], no response or immediately call disconnected and drop an email to rail yatri, they automatically closing the ticket and referring to contact above toll free nr.
                                        Put a lot of effort to get my money back to my bank account.

I checked pnr status in railyatri app & i saw that chart not prepared & immediately i cancelled my ticket but for refund enquiry when i contact railyatri support. They are saying that you have cancelled ticket after chart has been prepared & trying to cheat me by keeping the money & told me that no refund will be given. Kindly take strict action against railyatri & refund my amount which i am eligible after cancellation.

                                                Later i realized the bus service is only a fake service.
                                                Just because of this bus i missed my journey and lost all the programs.

                                                As it was the last bus i was forced to take a hotel and had to pay extra despite of the ticket loss.

                                                  The customer care no[protected] is not responded for inordinately long periods, i have held till 21 mins on one occasion with my position as no 1 as announced by automated voice.
                                                  The agents just do not listen, are rude very enough if connected.
                                                  If connected to agent, the calls are kept on hold for inordinately long period again and / or disconnected by them and the ordeal again starts of connecting to an agent.
                                                  Dear Sir,

                                                  I have got information that my ticket is booked & PNR Nuumber is [protected].
                                                  Even after several reminders I am not getting the ticket of my PNR.

                                                    I ordered rakhis quantity 2 on 12 the aug 2018 still I didn't get any track or any message and call

                                                    And I called to customer care number so many times
                                                    But I didn't get connected to agent and disconnected
                                                    Yesterday and today I sent a mail to this for track but still I didn't get any reply. Am struggling with your service.

                                                    I ordered food at badnera junction on 18 Aug 18. Along with food, a nicotex with expiry date was delivered. It was expired in july 18.

                                                      I booked bus from hyderabad to hubli on 11.01.2018 (Vrl). But bus was cancelled by operator. After that i sent refund request through railyatri. Vrl people told you will get refund from railyatri, till now my amount is not refunded...
                                                      Your railyatri person said that the amount will be refunded in 6 to 7 days but now many days has completed.
                                                      Plzzz sir refund my amount.

                                                        I have booked food online of www.railyatri.in and order confirmed by The Banyan tree hotel with advance payment but food is not supplied in my coach when I reached to the katpadi station.i was traveling with my family with 2years old chiled.train was late and I have called to the concern person to confirm before 45min in bellow number they told they will supply([protected])but food not received and night 10:30pm I could not able to find the food.need action on the same on top priority.coch numberB4.seat number-52.train number -22817.please find the attached screenshot of my order

                                                        I booked my ticket on 1august but after booking my ticket was cancelled. But my money is not refunded. So plz refund my money.
