Was traveling through 12919 on 16th October by Malwa express 1st AC. Ordered food at 10:38 for pathankot station.Food wasn't delivered and after sending a mail they are saying that vendor couldn't find me at my seat. Being a diabetic need my food on time and instead of apologising they are saying that vendor couldn't find me, did I jump off the train even when I had previously paid for my meal or was invisible just to the vendor.Vendor didn't call or anything
