Sir/ madam
I am right now traveling in train no. 12358 with births 4 and 6 in s4. I ordered a kadhai paneer online for myself and my wife. With order no.3855 at lucknow station. The food came at 8:32 pm. We were hungry so we started to eat the kadhai paneer with gravy first. Then me and my wife noticed a bone type piece in the food. We imideatly looked in the food.. Actually it was chicken piece. I took the pics if the food and sent it to their helpline. They responded by apologizing that non veg food has been served to you. Me and my wife remained hungry as the train do not have pantry car and when i asked them to replace the food the told me they are sorry as next station varanasi will come at 1 pm and the di not serve at that time. My question is can i sue the railyatri website for their poor service, gross carelessness and doing cruelty to me and my wife as we are still hungry due to non availability of food and demand compensation for that. Pls help
