Railyatri — Payment done for Food ,but no food or payment is received.Payment not returned

I had ordered food on 19th Nov from Nagercovil express for the station : Solapur arriving on 20th Nov 11am, but after the payment done, I had not received any information regarding the order, NOR the deducted amount got refunded.
My UPI shows the payment is done to the vendor.
