I booked the ticket via Railyatri on the 8th of December and since I am still waiting listed, thought of cancelling my ticket. Rail Yatri has also charged me for cancelling the ticket and now the website, mobile app nor the customer care is allowing me to cancel. I tried calling them and I am getting disconnected. I tried contacting via email and I do not know if it got sent or not as I have not gotten any reply yet. Rs.1992 of my money is locked and I am terribly upset with their service Was this information helpful? |
