Railyatri — refund amount not came bank account

The pnr [protected] was in waiting list after chart preperation. So i had got a message from rail way that the refund will came to bank amount with in two working days, ie is 24/10/2018. Still the amount not refunded to my bank account. I had done the booking through railytri app. So kindly help in this regard and do the need ful very immediately. The journey date for which has done was 22/10/2018. It is a big amount and very quickly need refund pls.
