Railyatri — Refund Initiated But the amount not credited into the Bank Account

I am trying to book ticket from Davangere to Belgavi on 13th Jun 2022.
But the booking failed with Order ID : 24564382.
Refund initiated on same day But the Refund process is pending from last 22 days (Refund ID: 3107733).
